He also noticed that I had my return time at around 3am instead of pm, and made a point to confirm. He made the changes to a pm return quickly, then gave me clear directions to location that I could pick up my car. Downstairs at the pick-up lot, the attendants there were professional, efficient, and kind. The BMW 325i was clean, and fresh, and was a fantastic car to drive to Harvard, then around Cape Cod. All of the gadgets were a great perk. Returning the car was a breeze. The return attendant was clear, concise and professional. All around a great experience. I will be renting from Sixt everytime it is an option.”

“I had a great experience yesterday thanks to one car rental company. I had a reservation with another provider, but when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was no one at the desk. I called the contact number, but the response was less than helpful. In the end, I decided to cancel with that company and rent from the friendly representative at the other desk. “I have booked services through this company three times now for my employer in the span of a year, and they are always wonderful. I usually deal with Lori, who is great and always super accommodating. This past trip, however, the only thing I will say is the driver had the wrong passenger name on his sign at the air port, and when I called to just confirm that the company was aware of the flight delay, the customer service woman laughed at me for not realizing that they already knew this. I know they have the flight number but I just wanted to avoid any confusion and make sure we are on the same page, and didn't realize I'd be laughed at for basic communication, so that threw me off a bit. Aside from that, like always they are great and I will continue to book with them in the future.”
