I love this place.. everyone makes me feel right at home and is always welcoming.. if u are new to crossfit or if u are a pro in the area... u should def check this place out!

Transferred from one box to CFSS last summer when I moved and felt right at home. Love the coaches, members, dogs and the thoughtful WODs. They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, it's true!
