She took her time to ask detailed questions about our dog's coat, preferences, and any sensitivities which shows high level of professionalism and attention to care. The quality of the grooming was outstanding as our dog was returned clean, evenly trimmed, and comfortable. Overall a very positive experience and will definitely be returning.

4 SARL Dr, SalemThe adoption process was seamless and easy!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. My issue is we were told that the cats may come down with “cold like symptoms” such as a runny nose or cough due to stress and change of environment. Understandable.
I didn’t not expect less than 48 hours later needing to spend $400 at the ER because one of the cats we adopted contracted conjunctivitis from the facility. I contacted the director and basically got told “oh well”. Cold symptoms is one thing, they will get over that in a few days and doesn’t require a ER visit. I find the response to my situation extremely unprofessional.
