“While I was in Ciao Bow Wow, my dog suffered an emergency with his eye while in store he rubbed his eye and scratched his cornea. He just had eye surgery earlier that day and I came in to purchase a better cone than the one I bought online.Jerry and Annette sprang into action to help out.Helped out with the emergency and also helped fit my dog in a collar and cone and helped me put it on him. Thank you again I live alone so this was a huge task for me and I am so grateful to you both for your compassion.You would not have received this care from anybig box store.Thank you to you both you can tell the people who work at Ciao Bow Wow love and care for pets and their owners.”

“My dog is a golden retriever (husky-maybe) mix. He is friendly but I have found rocks smarter, all that to say it is hard to wash him at home, harder to actually get him to a groomer. He is either hugging the ground or hopping over fences and guards.The employee showed me how to work everything, and then left me alone ... Which is really nice when it's embarrassing that you don't have a well trained dog. We then went out, got treats and left all for under $70.”
“Love coming here, always have good stuff and pet first establishment but it sucks when you go to spend the money it cost to buy pet stuff and the workers act like your annoying them for asking 1 questions and get mumbles for answers.”

“I love bringing my Dachshund puppy to doggy daycare. Every time she comes she is always soooo happy to be there. The girls who take care of her are consistent and my pup absolutely loves them as well. She has separation anxiety usually but when it comes to going to doggy daycare she does not.”
“This year's (2023) quality of pellet fuel is very good.One thing has really improved. Everyone asks if you need help. I bought extra wood pellets dye cold weather after burning 2 tons. These were inferior wood pellets @$6 a bag. It leaves an odor not normally associated with hardwood which is what it was indicated on the bag to be. Finding a cart to load them on was not easy. It may be time to buy next winters supply from your regular supplier. If you can locate the quality at last year's price with an increase in delivery I suggest you do it. If was another product I'd give them 4 stars but product brings it down a notch. It's an annoying odor that leaves your throat scratchy. It's not COVID.”
