“Service Like Nowhere Else: I needed a part for my obsolete Weber grill that belonged to my late father in law. Kevin Button located the obsolete part for me and even explained exactly how to install it properly. Installed right and the grill fires like a champ!
Customer for over 40 years-but Kevin did not know that. He was just doing what they all do there-treating every customer like they are important.

“Drove by this place everyday, and never went inside. When I went in today- I was super impressed by the inventory, staff knowledge, prices, etc. Staff helped my 14 week ball python eat again after a hunger strike. Will definitely be coming in here more often.”

So I went there and they we're all friendly, kind and helpful. The place was clean, organize and easy to find things. Definitely going there again for things I need.”

“If I could give 10 stars…. I would! When I say to my dog “do you want to go see Karen and get a bubble bath?!” He jumps up and down while running through the house! We have been going to Karen for a while and adore her. I love when I pull into the parking lot, my dog is super excited and runs to Karen! I trust her immensely with him and know she takes great care of him because he’s so happy to be with her. The cashiers are so great, super informative and helpful without being pushy. I don’t work in the area anymore BUT I will always drive back for the best PETCO!! Thanks for making my pup so happy and caring for him with such love.”

“I love bringing my Dachshund puppy to doggy daycare. Every time she comes she is always soooo happy to be there. The girls who take care of her are consistent and my pup absolutely loves them as well. She has separation anxiety usually but when it comes to going to doggy daycare she does not.”

“It was our 1st time coming to this PetSmart location on Friday 11/28/25. The manager Tyler was extremely helpful and super friendly. Nice big store , looked clean and really smell . I recently got two new Yorkie Puppies. My puppy was calmer in this location compared to other PetSmart's locations. They did have a large variety of Christmas pet toys and accessorys clothing bandanas and much more. When I'm in the area I'll most definitely check them out . We definitely love shopping at different PetSmart locations , there much cheaper than there competitor company. Thank you , Tyler for your help and being super friendly towards me and my family and helping me out !!”

She took her time to ask detailed questions about our dog's coat, preferences, and any sensitivities which shows high level of professionalism and attention to care. The quality of the grooming was outstanding as our dog was returned clean, evenly trimmed, and comfortable. Overall a very positive experience and will definitely be returning.”

“My fiancé and I went in today looking to house our first beta since we were young. Daren helped us so much. He spent at least 20 minutes with us answering all our questions and giving us amazing advice to care for the beta we’d picked out. I had so many questions and he was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. You could tell he not only cared to help but cared about the well being of the beta and that means a lot. I’d done my own research prior but he had experience and gave me so many tips I wouldn’t have known otherwise. The cashier was wonderful too! I didn’t get her name but she was also very helpful. I left blown away by the incredible customer service they provided and I felt confident in my next steps to insure my beta would thrive. Highly recommend this store!
