“This was my first time purchasing appliances from a local business. I’d only ever used big box stores, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. So glad I used Frank’s appliances!! 10/10 recommend. Josh was incredibly helpful and patient with all of my questions. Delivery was SO fast. The day of delivery I heard a noise after the delivery guys left. Frank’s promptly sent someone out to take a look at it. Amazing customer service!”

“Variety of choices for refrigerators. Delivery was good. Need more details and options for waterline installation. Plan goal should be for a total install on the day of delivery. Needs to help customer plan better and have parts available on that day. would have been a better experience. But still favor Bellingham Electric for purchasing appliances.”
“I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had purchasing a mattress at Simon's Furniture in Franklin. After reading (negative) reviews of the competing big chain mattress stores, I wanted to find a more personalized purchasing experience and I certainly did at Simon's. The sales staff (Mike and June) took the time to guide me and even had a training executive (Lisa) from Stearns & Foster/Sealy answer several of my detailed questions. But the one thing that stood out to me about the competency of Simons' sales staff was their patience and expertise. When I was torn between two different models, a salesperson (Mike) suggested laying quietly on each mattress for 15-20 minutes. That was the difference-maker. It took some time but after doing so, it was obvious which mattress suited me best. Mike also explained the various options for the box springs and adjustable bases. the model I bought was in stock and was delivered for free within a few days by an amazing team. They carried the mattress and base upstairs and offered to assemble everything. Then they removed the old mattress ($50 fee). If you're looking for a new mattress, do yourself a favor and visit the bedroom showroom at Simon's Furniture (it's in one of the two lower-level showrooms). The showroom has as many, if not more mattresses on the floor as any of the big chain stores. They have options at every price point too. I highly recommend Simon's for their outstanding customer care and range of products.”
“The washing machine filled with water but never started washing. Appliance repair replaced a faulty control switch and tested a full cycle before leaving. Everything worked normally again.”

“We live in Milford - our fridge died, we called local companies to replace it and the price was insane. We always turn to campos/alba appliances for brand new appliances with blemishes and also to haul the old dead fridge away. They sold us a brand new GE fridge for a very reasonable price. They took the old fridge for $50, removed the front door of our house to make sure nothing gets scratched and installed the new fridge with care. If you want to save a ton of money. Buy your appliances from campos! It's a family business.”

“Hi I just want to say that Besh in the appliance department was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. I bought a washer and dryer and was due a small refund. Everyone that I spoke to before him either gave me the wrong information or was very quick to say they couldn’t help. When he first tried to help he couldn’t, so I said, thanks and was leaving when he came after me and wanted to try something else. I went back with him and he kept trying until he succeeded. Home Depot should be proud to have him as an outstanding employee. Thank you”
