There is a Starbucks coffee shop on site, which also carries different food items. The store itself is wonderful, with kind and intelligent staff who are knowledgeable and helpful in finding specific books. They will also order books not in stock. However, experiences at the cafe within the store have been mixed, with some negative reports about the cafe manager's attitude affecting the rating. Store management has been responsive to such feedback. The location is noted as a surprisingly good date spot. The main critique is a need for more bathroom accommodations during busy times. Overall, it remains a fun place with a lot of books and toys that generates excitement for visitors.
Great selection and the books that I was looking for that they did not have in stock was very easy to order and it was delivered earlier than they said they would be.
