He spent a significant amount of time talking us through the different factors that go into a diamond (e.g., clarity, cut, color), showing us different examples, and explaining how it affects the pricing. When I told him the budget he showed me several different options and talked me through the pros/cons of each. We would highly recommend Pope Jewelers and appreciate all of their help throughout the process.”

“Oh my gosh, I LOVE Funky Stuff! I visited this summer and was dazzled by how beautiful the store is—all of the crystals are arranged so stunningly and thoughtfully, and with wonderful explanations of the crystals’ different meanings. The quality of all of the crystals is amazing! The folks working there could not have been nicer or more helpful, and the price points were beyond reasonable. I don’t live locally, but when I was looking for a specific crystal bracelet, I thought of Funky Stuff right away. Sure enough, they had exactly what I was looking for, and ordering it online was really easy and convenient—my bracelet arrived very quickly, in a beautiful black velvet gift bag, and they also gave me a free crystal, which was very kind and generous. I can’t recommend them highly enough!”

“I walked through the door, and it felt like I fell down the rabbit hole to Wonderland mixed with Labyrinth of the Goblin King. I just could not stop gawking at all the cool stuff. I did see one of the two cats getting some much-loved attention, and Kitty was clearly loving it. Of course, I had to show my sister the room with the cool wands, knowing she would think they're cool. (If she wants to come back and buy one, I will not object.) Equally cool is the room with all the faery statues. Anyway, there's more cool stuff in here than you can shake a wand at. Anybody else reading this will just have to come in and see what I'm talking about for themselves.”

I did not feel pressured at all during the process to have to buy one ring over another, he wanted me to get what was best for what I was looking for. I had my heart set on a cross ring design to put the ruby into. We brought the ring to Henri and he was able to make the design a reality and set the diamond into a ring for my mother. Absolutely beautiful work, so professional and very timely. Very thankful for his expertise and for creating such a beautiful sentiment. Highly recommend!”

Re-piercing seemed to be a good option.I made an appointment on line and it was my good fortune to have Miss Kayla working that Saturday morning .She was the best. She was fun and supportive of my decision. She was professional from start to finish .We laughed alot but she stayed focus and never rushed through the service even though she was the only associate working in the store that day.I also observed her interactions with other customers , a return and credit issue and a few parents with kids running excitedly through the store and yet I never felt as though I was anything but her priority.I highly recommend this Claire's location because of Kayla.”
