Amazing people who work at this office. Kind and very helpful. All the negative comments probably they are the rude individuals .. they are always helpful. There’s a Karen for every situation … remember that Good job Millbury

I appreciated the employees (I believe it was Laurie or Heather) and their manager figuring out the operation santa shipping issue. I had been to a couple other post offices who gave up pretty quick. They were prompt and had a great sense of humor.

First time using this post office. Thought the staff were polite and helpful. I did not encounter a "rude lady" mentioned by other customers.
