“Linell and John did a phenomenal fixing a botched PPF job from another installer on my Audi S3. I addressed my concerns with John and not only did the work correct the concerned areas, but I could tell they took their time in making sure they got as much clarity and ensured the defects were not in sight but they did an even better install process than the other shop didn't do in terms of relief cuts and exposed edges
I can tell they don't just do PPF here, they take pride in their work and are meticulous. They looked my vehicle and knew exactly what I'd be looking for and more to get a satisfactory result.

“My daughter is in college nearby and has essentially just put gas and driven her car for the last 2 years. We wanted to get her car cleaned and waxed before the upcoming school year, and I called Ray to discuss their services. We agreed on a wash and wax with a little inside cleaning. When my daughter dropped off the car, Ray was professional and didn't try to upsell her. They cleaned her car better than when it was new, and even removed a coffee stain on the driver's seat that' been there for years. Overall extremely happy with their services and professionalism. “This guys an actual hero! I live an hour away and had a dr appointment in needham today. On my way to the appt my (driver side) windshield wiper broke in half in the pouring rain which is my worst nightmare. After my appointment, I spend $60 on new wipers and think I’m good to hit the road.. wrong. My driver side windshield wiper was misaligned and almost broke as soon as I turned it on. I walk into auto zone where the guy who helped me put the wipers on tells me he doesn’t know what to do and to find an auto body shop (drat! foiled again) I pull into this guys shop soaking wet … mind you, this is a collision and auto body center where they’re painting cars all around me. I walk up to the owner, panicked and half crying and tell him what’s going on. He fixed my windshield in 5 minutes without even a huff or a puff. Sent me on my way home without even charging me for the help. THANK YOU!!! thank you for restoring my faith in good people still being out there. You saved my day!”

“The self serve washing bays don’t take credit cards, they only take 5’s, 1’s, or quarters. Otherwise, it’s fine. They charge $1/minute BUT the machine requires that you insert at least $4 first (this gives you 4 minutes).
I recently spent a total of $18 washing my car and spraying the underbody:
- $5 4 minutes high pressure soap (including spraying underneath), 1 minute foaming brush
- After foaming brush I wash my car with a mitt
- $4 3 minutes high pressure soap, 1 minute foaming brush (it was a hot summer day and my car was drying halfway through)
- Continue washing my car with the mitt
- $5 high pressure rinse (including spraying underneath
- $4 high pressure rinse (I felt like I needed a bit more time to cover my wheel wells and the door seams where soap always get trapped)”

“Detail was SO GOOD. Can’t believe how clean they got my car. Been carting around my dogs (who shed) and kids (who are just dirty) for 3 years in this car. Never really cleaned it (I think my wife did once as a surprise). There is not a spec of dirt, dust or grime. Not a single dog hair. And they were super easy and nice about it all.
