“I got some nice dress shorts and dress shirts for vacation, and they weren’t too pricey at all. They could’ve have had more options for dress shorts; however, I was still able to find a couple of nice pairs with what they had there. “This is the first TJ Maxx I did not feel bothered or harassed in. They did hassle me to sign up for the credit card which I did not like but the cashier was great! I will have to go back and find out her name. She should be manager. She is going places. If all the employees are all the other checkout counter were as nice as her TJ Maxx would have a much better environment for the customers. I also liked the jewelry counter employee”

“The line always takes forever. Especially during the weekday which doesn’t make sense because you would think to go during the weekday which doesn’t to avoid the weekend crowd. Nope there’s always one person on the register.
Content wise I love this specific home goods. So many cute things and a wide variety of aesthetics. They have a lot of stuff but maintain organization.”

“Great experience at the Bloomingdale’s Outlet. The store has a nice selection of designer brands at great prices. Have to check out the sunglasses! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Checkout was quick and smooth as well.

“I went shopping at the Macy’s store in the Natick mall and had the pleasure of being assisted by Lori-Anne.
She was restocking the men’s Levis jeans, and yet she took the time to walk me through the different styles and fabrics. She also helped me find the perfect size of pants for me, making the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Throughout our interaction, Lori-Anne was very friendly, professional and genuinely attentive. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service she provided me with and I want to really thank her for making my experience at this Macy’s store so pleasant. She’s a wonderful representative of the Macy’s team with no doubt.”

Has a large selection of squishmallows and other toys, including some that are hard to find at other locations.
Some items are overpriced for what you can get, such as a $300 dinosaur plush with a Christmas hat. It was at least 4 ft tall, but it still is a high price point.”

“The department store is pet friendly, and they allow dogs in the store!
One thing that keeps bothering me about the people at the makeup and skin care department on the first floor, and one of the ladies here loves to judge people and that she looks down upon you whenever you shop at her skin care department (La Meir counter) (judging you as if you can’t “afford” their products) while the other one follows you around and comments on everything that you touch.
Other than that everything else is really organized and the displays are really nice and people are professional. It’s just those two people on the first floor in the skin care and makeup department.”
“This review is a bit late but I have to acknowledge Melissa (I believe she’s the store manager) back in Late December she went above and beyond about a coat I wanted and couldn’t find a smaller size. I bought the medium but I wasn’t happy She was able to find the small for me, and override the sale price since I had to exchange it from a bigger one. It’s my favorite coat and I wear it all the time :) Vince, short fur cute and trendy.”

But what makes this Target better than most in the area is the amazing staff who always go out of their way to help me whenever I need it. “I had an outstanding experience at the Millis Tractor Supply, and I wanted to recognize both the store and especially the manager, Gabe, for going above and beyond.
I stopped in during what appeared to be one of the busiest Sunday rushes imaginable. The store was packed with customers, the lines were long, and there were multiple people demanding attention at the same time. Despite the chaos, Gabe remained calm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience.
I was interested in purchasing a gun safe that had been advertised on sale but was out of stock. Gabe immediately took charge of the situation and processed a rain check for me without any hassle. He knew exactly what needed to be done, answered my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled correctly. It was obvious that he was organized and on top of things even with so much going on around him.
What impressed me most was how well he managed the constant stream of customers. Several people appeared frustrated or rude due to the busy conditions, but Gabe never lost his composure. He treated everyone respectfully, stayed focused, and kept things moving efficiently. That’s not easy to do when a store is packed and customers are demanding your attention from every direction.
Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and Gabe set a great example of what it should look like. Tractor Supply is fortunate to have a manager who is so dedicated, professional, and customer-focused. Because of this experience, I’ll gladly continue shopping at the Millis Tractor Supply and highly recommend it to others.”
