“Laz and Justin are heroes at the Bellingham T-Mobile store! I was in desperate and immediate need of an un-smart, un-sexy phone ASAP for my mom. I called and talked with Justin, who talked through the best options for her. I raced to the store and he had the phone out for me when I arrived. Justin and Laz stayed past closing time making sure that I got all the credits possible, calling T-Mobile on my behalf, and getting the phone ready before they sent me on my way.
