“ANDRE WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! My phone wouldn't start up and I was in Western Mass and I didn't have GPS or any way to access the internet or communicate with anybody (it's amazing how much we rely on our phones these days!) I didn't even have any way to find a Metro PCS in Western Massachusetts. So I traveled home and went to my local MetroPCS in Ashland and Andre was very friendly and professional and got my phone working within minutes! I am now in the land of the living! Thanks Andre you got me on the road again and back in civilization!”

“My laptop screen separated from the base, and the repair was amazing! The time between I called him, received a quote and dropped off my laptop, it took less than 30 minutes. The repair itself took about a day and, considering the state of my laptop, it was very fast and reliable. I'll definitely go again if I have any other issues.”

“I think this will be help full for the public Consumers to know, there is someone name Angel Rivera, that commented about the service at Boost Mobile Store, but it happen that, i was in the Store wen Rivera came in with another guy to Ask for an account number,... that belong to another personso the lady told him to call customer services,... he stared arguing withher the owner, and he was telling the customers that Boost is not good, he also said that he works for Boost before and said others negative about it, and now he work for Cricket he said....so, what i see is he is taking the customers from Boost mobile and Switch them to Cricket and he also go to boost m Store nearby and get the Account number of the customer, so i want to put that out there for the public to know, because what he is doing is wrong and using private information from Consumer by going to the Store to get that info from other people, I have Boost Service for a few years now and work perfect for me with no problem!”

“I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and have had my share of frustrations, but yesterday I had the best customer service I have ever had dealing with phones. Our puppy decided to chomp my phone when I was not looking (pup was fine, phone, not so much). She managed to crack the screen leaving most of the screen completely black. I got to the Millis store just before their 10 am opening and was welcomed inside by Junaid (Jay) C. Luckily, I was in line for an upgrade, but Jay made the whole process super easy. He was able to get into the old phone to recover my contacts etc and was able to transfer everything over to the new phone. The entire time he treated me with humor and respect and was never pushy about upselling products etc. He made a very stressful morning much easier, and I am grateful for his knowledge and help!
