“I love this CVS (Millis. MA), and even drive out of my may to go to it.
It is by far the nicest CVS I have ever been in (and I have lived in many places and been in many CVS stores). It is fairly new, the ceilings are high, and there are a lot of windows, including high up, which make the store bright.
The shelves are set up such that the store does not feel cramped.
I could go to a much closer CVS, but I drive to this one because the store is so nice and because the staff, from the person at the cash register up front who greets you as you enter, to the pharmacy staff, including the one who gave my my tdap jab, are extremely kind and friendly.
Today, I did see one pharmacy staff member treat the staff member who was getting my rx for me very rudely when she had some trouble finding it. I hope someone can speak with her about treating her colleagues with respect. It seemed upsetting to the woman who was helping me, and it was upsetting to me.
But otherwise, this is my CVS now, even though there is one much closer.”

“I don't usually write reviews but Andrews is too good not to mention. They are expensive but everytime I speak with someone there I feel like I'm speaking with a small neighborhood pharmacy. It is so challenging to help with an older person's care but Andrews makes it simple. Their customer service staff are so responsive and helpful, I'm also so suprised at how things are resolved with one quick phone call, so unusual these days to get this kind of service. Thank you Andrews!”

“I've not been to Walmart in quite some time, mostly because convenience of mostly shopping online. I recently found myself needing a few items that seemed like I was going to pay too much online. So, I happen to check out prices at Walmart. The prices did not exceed the minimum limit for free pickup, so it would have been an extra $6.99 or something like that, so I opted to go to the store. I am limited on my mobility, so once inside the store I asked a store clerk (Mary Ann) where the three items were located that I needed. She gave me aisle locations for all three items, which I found with very little difficulty. I thanked her on my way out and told her she was now my go-to person within the Bellingham Walmart store. “Originally had our script sent to CVS. They told us to come back in 15 minutes as they were prepping it. When we went back, they told us that they are out of stock, and no other CVS pharmacies have it either.Sam and John at the Big Y Pharmacy went above and beyond to fix CVS's mistake. Not only did they reach out to CVS and get the script transferred, they did it without any prior notice and less than an hour before closing. Those two are amazing, and have earned customers for life.5 Stars, and could not recommend the team at Big Y highly enough.”

One can feel the warmth there and a good collection of OTC products and other daily life goods. Better than other commercial pharmacy stores.”

“I love the team down at Stop & Shop Pharmacy. They always take the time to answer questions, check for interactions and allergies and make sure my husband and I are happy and clear on the prescription.
I never thought you could have the "local town Pharmacist" feeling with a chain or a store this big, but we do! Charlie knows who my husband is by name on the phone or the second he sees him in the store.
It is great to have a team so caring and attentive in charge of my medications.”

“I transferred all my prescriptions to this location because of the staff. Not only are they personable, they go out of their way to find coupons and obtain hard to find medications. Their customer service is exceptional. My only complaint is with corporate who keeps them short staffed and overworked. Its sad to see the same faces every time I go in. They need more help. Despite their working conditions, they are always cheerful and ready to help.”

“Great experience today, my company switched insurance and I didn’t realize my prescription co-pay went up so much. The pharmacy tech let me know the price went up and I decided to look up GoodRx to see if that was cheaper. I know it’s a whole new check-in process for this and expected to wait the usual 15 minutes. Heidi and the tech communicated quickly, and Heidi helped me out immediately and was able to switch my info in about 2 minutes!! A typically frustrating experience was made so much better. Seems like this location has new management and excited employees genuinely looking to help!”
