“I've been a CubeSmart customer for well over 15 years. The previous manager was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. Over the last few months, we've noticed a new employee in the office named Kervens, and the difference has been noticeable.
Kervens has been absolutely fantastic! He's always walking around the property, making sure everything is clean and picking up any messes when needed. He also takes the time to ensure the storage units are secure and properly locked, which gives customers peace of mind. Every time we see him, he greets us with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. He'll ask how you're doing and if you have any concerns or need anything, which really shows that he cares about his customers. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about both the property and the people who rent there.
Employees like Kervens are hard to find, and I wanted to make sure his outstanding customer service and dedication were recognized. He has made a very positive impression, and CubeSmart is lucky to have him.”

“Great storage venue inside always very clean and safe. Parking lot and roll up doors especially facing Fountain Street massive pot holes and a lot of chipped concrete at the doors. I’ve tipped over a flat bed loaded with boxes twice now - not sure why such a profitable venue can’t take a couple of units rent for one month and pay to fix the pot holes and concrete. Make it look nice and like you appreciate the customers. Simple fix and it would make a huge improvement.”

“I live out of state and was in dire need of immediate storage due to family move. I went there first thing in morning and poor woman wasn’t even out of her car yet. I felt horribly bombarding her but she couldn’t have been more pleasant. We went inside and she immediately helped me. Ami is very, very pleasant and willing to go out of her way to accommodate you as I needed to change the size of the unit mid month. Ami gave me a few different options and settled on what we thought wold be sufficient, she said let her know if anything changed and she would work with me. Very happy I chose this facility and even happier Ami is working there to help you.”

“Very easy to reserve and sign up for a storage unit. I was able to do everything on line which was very convenient. It would be great if access to the units could be extended until 8 pm at least during the warm weather months. All it would require is a quick reprogram of the gate access code box.”
