“I've been using and recommending 109 self-storage for 10+ years now. Donna is great and will get you all setup... *IF* they have the space! Everything is drive-up access basic unheated dry storage: but no stairs or in-building style storage. Drive past the "mini overflow parking" - the attendant notes you are there for storage. Then 1. after you are past the attendant, 2. you have your unique code to gate in and out (recorded), and 3. only *THEN* you get to your personally locked storage unit.”
“This place has great customer service. Due to life being unpredictable, I recently had to put most of my stuff into storage. The staff was friendly and helpful and reserved an additional unit for me when I wasn't sure what I'd already rented would be enough.The assistant manager even called the day of my move to check on me. The place has a friendly vibe and IMO the prices are reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone.”

“We hired Gentle Giant following a recommendation by our realtor, we'd used other movers in the past and weren't impressed. From the initial phone call through to the final walk-through we found Gentle Giant to be exceptional! The team was polite, well trained, respectful, well educated, and totally professional in their conduct! Nothing was too much bother for them, they wanted to make sure we were happy and didn't bat an eyelid if we asked them to relocate something....including an extremely heavy treadmill! Several of our neighbors saw the Gentle Giant trucks outside our house and came to share their experiences, "Oh, you've got Gentle Giant....they're awesome, you're gonna be alright!", I think that sums it up! Would highly recommend and definitely hire again!”

She gave us several options on sizes and showed us the differences. We never have problems getting our massive amounts of stuff to the second floor. We love the security and controlled climate. “I live out of state and was in dire need of immediate storage due to family move. I went there first thing in morning and poor woman wasn’t even out of her car yet. I felt horribly bombarding her but she couldn’t have been more pleasant. We went inside and she immediately helped me. Ami is very, very pleasant and willing to go out of her way to accommodate you as I needed to change the size of the unit mid month. Ami gave me a few different options and settled on what we thought wold be sufficient, she said let her know if anything changed and she would work with me. Very happy I chose this facility and even happier Ami is working there to help you.”

“The first thing that grabbed my attention was the wonderful way I was treated on the phone by the support person who was hailing from Philadelphia but could tell me all about the unit I was interested in here in Millis, Massachusetts. She even made the suggestion to pull the unit from the inventory to make sure no one got in ahead of me. I was able to rest assured that my choice was secure before going into the storage facility itself. Later that same day I proceeded to the brand new facility and was greeted by a very competent young man who processed my selection and took me right to the storage unit. It was a plus that I could access the unit with a code 24/7. I found a clean well secured and air conditioned unit to my liking. I was able to move in the same day as making the phone call. Great customer service.”
“Have rented U-Haul trucks here for business (of which they have a good inventory as well as a few trailers). Brad is very friendly, helpful and organized when it comes to processing your rental going out and checking it back in. The facility is large and has a variety of storage options from unheated to conditioned storage and is easy to get to off Washington Street. If you need a U-Haul or storage in the local Franklin-Bellingham-Mendon-Wrentham region this is a good place to consider.”
“This Public Storage facility is a diamond in the rough! Seems like brand new building! If you need storage, this is the place! So easy to get unit with my sister! The service was top notch!. Several of my friends have units here since it opened and rave about location. Thank goodness for the Managers!! They take care of everyone here like family!!!”
