“We couldn’t be happier with our remodel! From our first meet with Caroline to the completion of the project was a great experience!! After other quotes, we decide to go with John Dolan due to the “all inclusive” management style as general contractor for all vendors and their cabinetry options. We didn’t have any of the worries for scheduling any aspect of the remodel! John and his crew were outstanding! Whether it was the plumber, electrician, rip out crew, install, finished work, plasterer, or flooring, they showed respect for our property and answered any questions we had. Any interaction with the office was just as professional and helpful.
What a great family to do business with!

“Cherry is amazing! we ordered kitchen cabinets from her in 2021, and not only they arrived on time with much shorter manufacturing times (all other places we visited had 9 to 12 months wait back in 2021), but she made sure all measurements and specifications are correct (she came to measure several times, after the demolition and then again right after the walls were already closed). The cabinets arrived on time, good quality and they are beautiful. It's been really great working with her! highly recommend CBC Kitchen and Cherry!”

We were eventually helped by the manager Justin. He was knowledgeable, honest, and very easy to work with. He could have sold us a car - we trusted him and his judgment that much after working with him for an hour. I would like to to know who owns or runs this location because I want to personally discuss how impress we were with Justin. After going to multiple home improvement stores looking for tile, we ended up at Tile Shop thinking that they might be a bit more than some of the other options we looked at but we found a few different options and the prices were reasonable. “50 years ago my father taught me about good cutlery and the proper usage and care quality knives require . A number of years age, The Kitchen Store on Newbury Street merged with Blackstones on Charles Street & knife guru Jim appeared.
I had previously driven far and wide to receive at best a mediocre sharpening.
Now I walk a few blocks and my knives receive a top quality renewal within a day or so which continues to surprise me with every use.
Well worth a trip to Charles Street and an excuse to explore the inventories of other merchants along the Street
I sincerely hope the current management of Blackstones does not choose to replace Jim in the future with a younger and less expensive employee.”

I was kept up-to-date about the delivery through text messages and it even said where the truck was in my neighborhood.
