I try to go in when it's loaded with plumbers, but as long as I do that and keep the really stupid questions to a minimum they are fantastic to deal with.”

“I was there today at Natick store. Natick is very far away for me from Lexington. But they have great vanities with stone like counter top all the time. The other store will tell me the store model is not for sale. Now I know why. The guy from plumbing department helped me to find a replacement for a missing mirror, took me to the manager for price adjustment , disassembled the vanity from the rack & the floor and helped to put it on my car. What a efficient service. All the people there I met today are super nice and friendly!”
