“Overall service was excellent. The only complaint we have is billing. The home Depot billing system seems not straightforward, always has glitches. This time is no exception, got an error that the store staff couldn't explain, had to leave a note in the system about the billing issue. We've paid the first portion, and will ask home Depot to correct the billing when pay the second portion. By the way this is not the first time we experienced the billing issues.”
“I was there today at Natick store. Natick is very far away for me from Lexington. But they have great vanities with stone like counter top all the time. The other store will tell me the store model is not for sale. Now I know why. The guy from plumbing department helped me to find a replacement for a missing mirror, took me to the manager for price adjustment , disassembled the vanity from the rack & the floor and helped to put it on my car. What a efficient service. All the people there I met today are super nice and friendly!”
