“They took out the drive through window. But added a drive up ATM. I like that the drive up ATM is well lit and visible. So I feel safe using it. Back in the day when I actually walked into the bank, I hated the fact that this branch did NOT have a line dedicated to Platinum customers. So it would be a long wait to see a teller. But I have not walked into a bank in years so that is kinda a moot point.”

“I am a long time TDBank customer, and I have regularly found the service at this branch to be stellar, even during these crazy times. Although we cannot enter the bank, this branch has gone above and beyond with helping customers via the drive-through. I had to replace my bank card, and they were able to do it with ease. Today I was having difficulty reaching the 888 line, as well as contacting via the app, so I called the branch. The whole issue was resolved in less than three minutes. Talk about grace under pressure! Kudos to the Wayland branch!”
