“This isn’t my usual store. I usually go to Chestnut Hill because driving in the mall area of Natick is terrifying. Plus, this mall is far too big. But the Chestnut Hill store is temporarily closed for mall renovations and I needed to get an exchange out of the way before the deadline. It was an exchange from the website. I had no issues in this store. The two ladies at the register were super helpful. One of them even went through the rack of jeans for me, to find the two sizes I wanted to try on. I didn’t even ask her for help. I just asked her where to find this style of jeans, and she showed me and then said she would find what I was looking for. I was so grateful because I hate searching for things. That’s why I shop on the app. I buy all Uniqlo clothing, and I mostly order from the app because my preferred store (Chestnut Hill) is about 50 minutes away. I try so hard to get it right the first time so I don’t need to return or exchange things. While I don’t plan to go back to this store (this mall is far too big, with a very scary parking situation), I was very happy with the service I received.Also, Uniqlo recently updated their return and exchange policy to be more customer service-friendly.”
“First time at untuckit Natick, I almost waked right out. The music was terrible. I lost my chai ln of thought and was ready to leave until their rep Jon, made me feel welcome.I didn’t know what my size was at first. Jon, helped me find my right size and fit. He was very helpful, I tried on a pink shirt and blue chino’s. Not gonna lie I feel great. Walking around in a new look. Can’t wait to come back and get more shirts from here”
“I had an excellent experience at the Brooks Brothers in the Natick Mall. Needed a suit for a wedding three weeks from now. I am not a fashionista but Mo helped me pick a nice looking suit, and a few shirts to go with it, and Mustafa did a great job with measurements and adjustments. Very happy I went to Brooks Brothers for the suit”

“Large, well stocked store featuring yourhful and trendy clothing for both adults and children. Finding sizes and colors of each style of clothing was easy and much appreciated.Liked the spacious aisles and well stocked displays. The style and quality of the clothing were better than expected. Pricing was good and gave good value for the purchases we made. If you sign up for a free membership at the register, you'll get a 10% discount on your first member purchase. The only thing missing were a couple of chairs here and there to rest tired mall feet. ?”

“Quinn was amazing! Professional, kind, and attentive to a near constant revolving queue of customers needing the changing rooms. Quinn retrieved updated size requests from many of us- and stayed on track the entire time with her side work. She was very friendly- and made shopping easier and fun! “I was there on Sunday. 12/15 2019. I got so excited over the sales and big deals going on. I lost my forever 21 shopping bag. I literally cried a little because I was hurt . I’m gonna call the store today and see if they found a forever 21 bag with a jean jacket and two jeans and a hair clip. I brought that as a gift for my sister . I am really disappointed in myself for being so careless. I left the store with Aeropostale’sbag and left my bag at there . HAHA”

“I went into holister looking for a pair of jeans this one employee I’m not sure what his name was, but he had braids and was tall with glasses. He helped me order the jeans when we couldn’t find the size, and even showed me this super cute shirt! I also signed up for holister house which got me 10 dollars off!! He was super helpful!”
“Been coming to this urban for quite a while now and I gotta say the workers I see everyday there for the past few months have been working extremely hard and you can see it. Me and my mom see the same 3 faces like everyday a young lady with glasses always finds everything I need when I ask, and I always see this kind guy with braids who I've seen just about everywhere in the store running to help a customer! It's nice seeing such amazing workers work through times that are really busy!”
“i left my wallet in this location for over a week and the staff had it kept safe when they found it, so it was in perfect condition and all cards were there when they gave it to me. incredible service, good people, trendy and cute clothes, i can’t find anything wrong with this store. even complimented me.”
“Had the best shopping experience with Michela at the Natick Mall Francesca’s! She was so sweet and took the time to give me genuine thoughtful advice on a dress I was buying for a wedding. She even took a few minutes to help me decide on a pair of earrings, while also helping everyone in the store. She was awesome!”

“I walked into this store not knowing it was closing a few minutes after I had gotten in. I realized soon after and was going to exit but the girl who was working at the store stopped and made sure I got what I needed before I left even though they were literally closing. I apologized many times and told her I could come a different day but she kindly offered to help me and stayed behind to help look for jeans for me. I know working in retail came be very frustrating but this worker was so welcoming to someone who had entered the store way too close to closing and I really appreciated her generosity in letting me stay, helping me look for clothing, and helped check me out. This was such an amazing experience at this particular pacsun and I would come back just to thank this worker again for her help.”
