They had the item I wanted and they even got a forklift to get it down because it was on a pallet, great store.

Big shout out to Ken who apparently is the only person that works in this Natick store. He is extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. If it wasn't for him I would have left without purchasing what I needed and having to go to another Home Depot store to have what I wanted.
