“Excellent staff and very quick service. My relatives always complain about the pain of shipping items and returning items so I used to avoid both as much as possible. Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”

“I was pretty desperate to get a bunch of stuff safely shipped to myself - I am here for my Wellesley Reunion. We tried two shipping stores that were supposed to be OPEN but they were not open (holiday weekend…) So I walked in to your store.
