We had a vacation booked and I was so worried about finding care for him while we were away. I knew I could trust everyone at Four Paws and Thrive to take care of our little guy, give him his meds, and give him his own little vacation! I am SO HAPPY that we trusted them with his care, as they all adored him and took great care of him! His regular vet from Thrive, Andrea, even checked in on him during his stay and reached out to us to let us know he was doing well! Having a pet with health issues is stressful, but Four Paws and Thrive always go above and beyond to make sure our Moosey boy is cared for! Thank you!!!

He is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated to his patients. Thanks to his expertise and thoughtful care I was able to have more precious time with my dog and I will always be grateful for that.
Unfortunately, the time has come to say goodbye to my sweet old dog. Dr. Turner has made this incredibly difficult process as peaceful and comforting as possible, showing both kindness and empathy every step of the way.

They have been so compassionate and helpful throughout this whole process. They've taken such good care of our boy, and also been so, so kind to us while we've been on the emotional roller coaster that is dealing with a sick pet. Dr. Langer unfortunately had to give us some bad news, but she was so gracious, sympathetic, and patient while answering all of our questions and making sure we understood all of the information and next steps. Special shout-out also to techs Sonia and Skyler for laughing and crying with us, and to the whole team for all the love they've given Kylo.

She has been absolutely amazing teaching us and helping us navigate the journey to turning them all in happy well-behaved members of our family. In addition to classes and pack walks we also have Jordan stop by each week for a private training session that has done wonders for them. She's helped us get multiple dogs CGC certified and I can't recommend her highly enough.

Lauren is a true dog lover and a very reliable and responsible dog sitter! When she wasn’t available recently, she referred us to her co-worker Jessica, who was also wonderful. I highly recommend them both. Your dog will be treated like family and get lots of walks and playtime.

He went out of his wayyyy to get my friends cat more wet food, when I ran out of it.. out of kindness of his heart. The price is more than reasonable for the care they show our little friends. Sheila is very very lovely and brave. Honestly I could go for days. My heart is sooo full with the kindness they have shown. I wish the owners and Sheila the best and definitely will be coming back!! If my friends cat ever needs a place to crash… Jesus DONT THINK TWICE.. just take your cat there. The lady who owns the place is a nurse and she will make sure the cat is not only comfortable but also safe medically. BOMBASTICCCC PLACE. Infinity OUT OF 100

Woops! Macarons & Gifts (Natick Mall)
1245 Worcester Street, NatickI had a great experience at Woops! in the Natick Mall. I bought three macarons, and one of them happened to be broken. The woman helping me noticed it before handing it to me and kindly offered me an extra macaron at no additional charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed excellent customer service.
She was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the whole interaction. I didn’t catch her name, but she was a middle-aged woman with sleek black hair and glasses. The macarons tasted fresh, had a wonderfully soft texture, and were absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back!
