We recently adopted our bird, Tilly, who came with the 30-day health guarantee. Shortly after bringing her home, I noticed she had an upset stomach and immediately called the store. Robin answered and patiently walked me through what can be normal when bringing a new bird home vs. what to watch for. She encouraged me to call back if things didn’t improve, which gave me so much reassurance!
A couple days later, I still wasn’t comfortable, so they advised me to bring Tilly in. When I arrived, Kathy was there and personally explained the entire process and assured me Tilly would be well cared for. And she meant it. Kathy actually took Tilly to the vet herself the same day!
Throughout the entire time Tilly was being monitored, I received consistent updates. Anytime I called, both Robin and Kathy were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. Our family missed Tilly terribly, but we truly felt she was in the best possible hands.
They didn’t just follow policy — they genuinely cared. You can tell they love their animals and their customers. That level of compassion is rare, and it made a stressful situation so much easier.
I will forever recommend this store. Robin and Kathy are absolute gems, and I’m so grateful for the care they gave our little Tilly. ??

463 Main St, WalthamDogs have always been part of my family and over the years I've met many groomers. The team at Mimados Pet Grooming is outstanding. The receptionist is welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and a good listener. Asher's groomer, Viviane, did a great job, grooming Asher just as I requested. Texting works best for us. They confirm appointments and send reminders a day or two before your next appointment, and are very responsive to texts I've sent. Unlike many groomers I've worked with in the past, you can see the grooming stations from the front desk and they seem to truly enjoy their work. No smoke and mirrors, just honest to goodness, caring, dog lovers who know how to make my furbaby look fantastic! Thank you Mimados staff members for taking such good care of my pup.
05/20/2026 -- Miamdos groomers have been caring for both of my furbabies for two years now. They consistently do excellent work. Today I asked Erica to pay special attention to Lexie's facial hair as we're now back in tick season. As always, Erica did a fantastic job! Consistent quality service at reasonable prices! A big thank you to the entire Mimados team!

Skipton Kennel & Pet Center
20 Linden St No.60, WalthamMy spouse and I (and our dog) love Skipton Kennel. We have a quieter dog who is reserved with new people and dogs and we worry a lot about leaving her in a safe situation. We live in Boston and happily drive out of our way to get her here. I toured multiple different boarding/daycare businesses before settling on Skipton. They are great and we never worry about leaving her. She’s very happy there and always comes home happy and isn’t stressed out. Their social media posts of the dogs playing crack us up and we look forward to them everyday we are gone. They take great care of our dog, are always helpful, easy to get ahold of and accommodating if we need to adjust our reservation We never worry about her while she is with them.

The positive reviews brought us here and I’m so glad we moved. We were treated with such care and support. They were very transparent and showed genuine care and concern to help our sweet girl feel better. Ultimately, she was in pain and we had to make a tough decision. They guided us through the process. Despite only visiting the one time, they frequently checked on us and a week after our sweet girl passed, they sent a handwritten thoughtful card from the whole team. This touched our entire family deeply. We already planned on having our pup move here as well but this just reinforced our decision. Thank you to Caroline, Susan, Sam, Veronica, Caitlyn and Robin. Your thoughtfulness meant so much.

Vetco, different story. They messed my dog up and I'm still waiting on what you all are going to do. You say he has Lyme after a blood test, then, you give him meds and shots, i paid a lot of money. You schedule a follow up for 10 days later for what you said was his final Lyme shot but i went there for nothing because you were closed that day. You get that? You have me come back on a day your closed lol. So, i had to go back the next day, when i got there i was told i can't see the vet today. Well, before i left i seen the SO-CALLED VET LOL. Now i was told he doesn't have lyme and doesn't need the final shot. I'm really mad at this point. How do you not know what is going on? I still don't know if he has it or not because i can't afford to have him retested cause i have no money left. Ive called them and they won't talk with me and never call me back. What are you hiding? Now i know why my best friend Wesly was treated so bad and for something he didn't have. They don't care, if they did, we wouldn't have been treated like that and they would have at the least call me.
2 employees in the store part of the business heard my mouth and the commotion and after i left they came to me and confirmed how bad they are there. They told me they would never bring their pets there. Never going back nor is anyone i know ever going back after my poor pup was handled like a piece of meat for them to make money. I will never let this go and will keep telling everyone, until they make it right. I'm at the dog parks several times a day telling everyone. They won't even contact me.
I used my disability money for that you know. You don't love animals, and you robbed me, a disabled person. So sad!

600 Trapelo Rd, WalthamI've been working with Marc over 7 months now and my Australian Shepherd loves him! He waits by the door every time he hears a text message thinking it's him. He is always tired and happy when he comes back, and most days he doesn't want to leave Marc. For a while we were a little jealous of how much our dog loved him. He is also great at training him and he learns so much by simply being around other dogs. I would recommend Marc to anyone who wants a happy tired dog and peace of mind of how their dogs being treated.

101 Clematis Ave #11, WalthamFrosty Ice Cream Truck made our day! From the moment they pulled up, the service was absolutely awesome. The staff were friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed happy to be there — greeting everyone with a smile and plenty of patience, even with a crowd of excited kids.
The ice cream was delicious, perfectly served, and the whole experience felt like a little burst of summer joy. They were quick, organized, and went out of their way to make sure everyone got exactly what they wanted.
If you're looking for great treats and even better service, do yourself a favor and flag down the Frosty Ice Cream Truck. We'll definitely be coming back for more!

I got the braised pork belly with noodles and it was so freaking delicious ? the brown sugar milk tea was made perfectly as well! The food was made quickly and tasted fresh.
