We recently adopted our bird, Tilly, who came with the 30-day health guarantee. Shortly after bringing her home, I noticed she had an upset stomach and immediately called the store. Robin answered and patiently walked me through what can be normal when bringing a new bird home vs. what to watch for. She encouraged me to call back if things didn’t improve, which gave me so much reassurance!
A couple days later, I still wasn’t comfortable, so they advised me to bring Tilly in. When I arrived, Kathy was there and personally explained the entire process and assured me Tilly would be well cared for. And she meant it. Kathy actually took Tilly to the vet herself the same day!
Throughout the entire time Tilly was being monitored, I received consistent updates. Anytime I called, both Robin and Kathy were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. Our family missed Tilly terribly, but we truly felt she was in the best possible hands.
They didn’t just follow policy — they genuinely cared. You can tell they love their animals and their customers. That level of compassion is rare, and it made a stressful situation so much easier.
I will forever recommend this store. Robin and Kathy are absolute gems, and I’m so grateful for the care they gave our little Tilly. ??

463 Main Street, WalthamDogs have always been part of my family and over the years I've met many groomers. The team at Mimados Pet Grooming is outstanding. The receptionist is welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and a good listener. Asher's groomer, Viviane, did a great job, grooming Asher just as I requested. Texting works best for us. They confirm appointments and send reminders a day or two before your next appointment, and are very responsive to texts I've sent. Unlike many groomers I've worked with in the past, you can see the grooming stations from the front desk and they seem to truly enjoy their work. No smoke and mirrors, just honest to goodness, caring, dog lovers who know how to make my furbaby look fantastic! Thank you Mimados staff members for taking such good care of my pup.
05/20/2026 -- Miamdos groomers have been caring for both of my furbabies for two years now. They consistently do excellent work. Today I asked Erica to pay special attention to Lexie's facial hair as we're now back in tick season. As always, Erica did a fantastic job! Consistent quality service at reasonable prices! 20 Linden St No.60, WalthamMy spouse and I (and our dog) love Skipton Kennel. We have a quieter dog who is reserved with new people and dogs and we worry a lot about leaving her in a safe situation. We live in Boston and happily drive out of our way to get her here. I toured multiple different boarding/daycare businesses before settling on Skipton. They are great and we never worry about leaving her. She’s very happy there and always comes home happy and isn’t stressed out. Their social media posts of the dogs playing crack us up and we look forward to them everyday we are gone. They take great care of our dog, are always helpful, easy to get ahold of and accommodating if we need to adjust our reservation We never worry about her while she is with them.

Porkchop can be a little weird around new people sometimes, but he really seems to love the staff there. I’m so appreciative I have a place where I can bring my dog where he has fun and I know he’s safe. 💕

He is always tired and happy when he comes back, and most days he doesn't want to leave Marc. For a while we were a little jealous of how much our dog loved him. He is also great at training him and he learns so much by simply being around other dogs. I would recommend Marc to anyone who wants a happy tired dog and peace of mind of how their dogs being treated.

Within one session with Cara, we found ourselves with a more manageable puppy. Our puppy also loves working with Cara. Cara really cares about what she does and it definitely shows! She arrives on time and knows exactly what to do. She’s also available to field any questions or troubleshoot any situations for 2 weeks after your session. We highly recommend her to anyone!

Randomly stumbled across Mighty Squirrel and had such a wonderful experience. First, absolutely delicious blackberry sour! Crisp, refreshing, with the perfect balance of pucker. Second, the staff all around was kind. We went to the Fenway and Waltham taprooms. Splendid bartenders, servers, and managers. Supriya was kind enough to give us a tour of the brewery itself. She is so sweet and was a blessing to us to be able to see the massive barrel and canning system! Highly recommend.

Plenty of seats and plenty of outlets. Perfect respite from the heat of summer. Close to the public parking garage. The air conditioner works.
