I also appreciate their speed and knowledge or at least know who to ask opposed to sending u on a wild goose chase like the larger banks do where u r just a number not a face. They try their best to accommodate ur needs and explain why with genuine concern why they can't do something or a specific thing isnt offered. Behind the scenes ..Linda and Debbie are very on top of who is who and what is what and no matter which teller I go to I'm not disappointed”

“The workers there are amazing they really care and really work with your needs and anyway to make things easy. I have had many types of banks living in different cities and towns and not one bank did I like or get along untill this one came along. It's the first bank that really does care and protect you against any possible issue and keeps u up to date and really does work with yah they are so incredable. I walk in always feeling welcomed and feeling that they really are happy to see me plus no other bank ever ask my updated on how my life is and how I'm doing and if there's anything they can do to help make things easier or less complicated to just ask and they'll help. Truely this bank is amazing Julie, Barbra everyone else that works there. I really do love this bank and I totally ?% recommend this bank for anyone who wants the real deal great people protection and someone always watching out for you your money and to make things easier for you if they can. I have lots of bad days but when I walk in I walk out with a smile telling myself you know there are right things will work out in the end and not to give up . “After their renovations over the winter, I really love the atmosphere a lot more. It’s more open, much brighter lighting, and feels more productive but also relaxing. Prior to their renovations it felt very uncomfortable and not relaxing. But now there are nice tables and chairs and an overall brighter complexion.”
“Really great people to work with! The staff are all friendly and Nick the CEO is excellent and easily accessible. I help my church as a trustee and we recently had a difficult refinance situation which we had been turned down by other banks about. After reaching out to CCU I received immediate attention and talked to Nick about the next steps. Within days we had a great plan in place and within a week or so we had a deal that saved us a great deal of money and heartache. I had never seen a bank take that kind of initiative in helping out people (in our case a board of volunteers) make a very important decision. So far, so good. The App is fine, they send me a new card on the rare occasion a merchant has a data breach, and customer service has been above average at multiple branches.”

Simply a pleasure! From the Branch manager, John King - to and including the young man, "Alex"ander MacLellan who did all the paperwork, legwork and all around "old school" customer service, .. it was the most pleasant and professional experience I've had in a long time. From my initial goal of obtaining a new safe deposit box, Alex explained over and above, without "salesmanship" pushing, all that Middlesex offered, ways I could benefit my specific situation and treated me like family "old school customer service?! To me, possibly the most important ingredient of any business. All of my banking business will be shifted to Middlesex and proudly would recommend them for anyone considering any banking. Quality people who are very well trained, have been with the company for considerable time which said a lot to me. My highest praise; "Compassionate Professionals".”

I know the branch manager from a previous bank, and was super excited when I found out he landed here (literally walking by to go to the Dunks that is beside it) We talked and were able to have an apples to apples discussion about what CT had to offer, and how they operated. Matt S. is just wonderful, all the information he furnished was spot on. Every promise they made was kept. Every time I walk in to this bank they treat me like the Governor. You learn everyone's name and they remember yours. There is a familiarity that is comforting. They are also whole show. Personal/business/investing. If you want to find comfort and support, this is the bank...this is the branch for you. There is literally nothing they could do better in my opinion (they even carry $2 bills for me without giving me side eye). Talk to them.”
