“My 2024 S60 VOLVO needed body work when a friend hit it. I called my Volvo dealership and was referred to Suburban Village Collison Center in Needham. This is one incredible team of people working to restore your car to off the assembly line showroom perfect. I couldn't be happier with the results. They work on only a few cars at a time, work with the insurance to make sure the paperwork is set and adequate to pay for what the job actually costs. I needed my car finished by a certain date to drive it to the Cape where I had a week's reservation. I know that Tarsha and Gary pushed so that my car was ready when I needed it. They were crackerjack. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, this is where I am going. (A car rental is conveniently located around the corner.) Thank you again SVCC for doing such a fantastic job. I couldn't be more pleased.”

“I had a small gap in my right front bumper that wasn't seated correctly by the dealer. I brought it over to Needham Collision, and in 10 minutes the technician (Derrick) basically fixed it by inserting a more robust bolt underneath, which narrowed the gap (it's now nearly undetectable). The best part, he didn't charge me for his effort. Nice guy, good service, and I will definitely be a return customer!”

“Mike at Echop Bridge Auto Repair is wonderful! Took my Prius in after someone crunched the front bumper at a grocery store parking lot and Mike was able to give me a SPOT ON estimate for what the repair would be out of pocket. He took my car in on a Monday morning and we had it back by Friday morning! Mike did an awesome job and my car has never looked better. He communicated everything to us so well I knew exactly what was going on and there were no hidden fees or worries. As long as I live in Massachusetts I'll be taking my car to Mike at Echo Bridge.”

“Had a great experience getting my car quickly diagnosed that I needed a new car battery (as opposed to alternator or spark plugs); then had a new car battery installed in 15 mins by Eric. Eric was very experienced in removing the old car battery and installing a new one in quickly and with care.”
