“I recently bought a mattress in February but after a few months I decided to take advantage of the 120 day sleep trial. I was having a bit of back/side pain so I came back to upgrade. I met with Shawn who helped me with my first purchase. I tested out more mattresses at the store and decided to upgrade to the Dream Cloud PressureSmart Technology Plush Pillow top. The exchange paperwork was super easy and I scheduled my delivery for two days later. The drivers came and removed my old mattress and set up the new one. I’m very pleased and happy and had a great night’s sleep. Thank you Shawn for all your help!”

“A followup visit. Two Vterinarians and three staff members converged on the case. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Visit included a detailed physical exam, abdominal ultrasound exam, discussion of findings of the exam:, an IV drug administration, and a topical medication. Ultrasound was forwarded to our primary care vet. All this was conducted with professionalism, courtesy and compassion.”

We had a very specific need — the kind where another mattress store literally told us, “Oh, you need to go to Watertown Mattress. They’ll have whatever it is you’re looking for.” And boy, were they right.
Their inventory is incredible. But even more incredible? Mike.
From the moment I called, Mike didn’t just “know his stuff” — he was genuinely warm, kind, and so deeply helpful. You could feel that he actually cared. Not in a transactional, “let me make the sale” kind of way, but in a real, human way. He listened. He understood exactly what we needed. He made us feel taken care of. It honestly feels like you just don’t find stores like this anymore — where it’s not some arbitrary transaction, but a true connection. The kind of place that builds community, not just a customer list. And as new parents trying to get out of the house with a baby, his patience and flexibility (even staying open a little late for us!) meant more than I can say.
This was truly a 100 out of 10 experience. I would go back hands down anytime — and I’ll be sending anyone and everyone I know straight to Mike. He’s just wonderful.”

“I found a stunning 14k gold ring here for an unbeatable price. The silver rings were also unique and beautiful - I wanted them all!! For comparison, I spent last week scanning thousands of rings in Brimfield, yet this store’s collection stood out more to me than anything I saw at the fair. The women working the counter were so warm and welcoming. Many many beautiful pieces in the store that I wanted to take home! They do a wonderful job curating their finds. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful home or jewelry item. I’m so happy to have discovered this place! I will be back.”

Rodney, Bobby, and Joez made what could've very easily been an overwhelming experience not only accessible, but fun. I could tell from the moment I walked in that they were there to help me not to upsell. “We have had a Bedworks floating platform for more than a decade. It’s sturdy and beautiful. We highly recommend it. But recently we added a Bedworks mid-firm foam mattress (35 high resilience) and it’s exactly what we wished for. We love it! It was a bit firm upfront so we added a 1’ inch medium firm latex topper (go for latex not other materials that do nothing and no more than 1’ if not it will be too soft) and the combination is ideal. Both affordable (even with the topper) and light enough (40+ pounds) to turn over. Much better than most higher priced, super heavy mattress out there. For anyone with chronic back pain, go check them out. Thanks Khat!”

Yacoub and Ephrem are very cooperative, their prices are good, and their furniture is very nice and European and has a flavor that is not traditional like the rest of the furniture, for example, in Jordans or others... and of course they can deal with the price”
