Today I went in to ask if they could help to get rid of tarnish on a silver necklace I'm giving as a gift. They salesperson did what he could for me - with a smile - and he didn't charge me anything. That *never* happens anymore! I hope this wonderful store stays in business for a very long time. It's a gift to Needham.”

“This is a small business run by two very nice, and professional guys. I went in with a stone that needed resetting. I told them what I wanted, and they were very attentive, made notes and told me that they would have to create the setting since the measurements were not standard. They do everything on the premises so I knew that my stone would not get sent out. Within a couple of days, I was told I could come in to look at the wax cast, and approve before they started the work, which I did. With in a week it was done, and when I went to pick it up, I was surprised that it exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and the finished piece was just stunning. They do all of this for a very fair price, and they really care about the workmanship. I would recommend this jeweler to anyone who needs a repair, or a design. I will never go to anyone else, this is the place!”

There is absoulate no evidence of the resizing and the rings (each over 35 years old) look as if they are brand new! Great work from a local Walpole family run business.”
