Had a ring stuck and had to get it off.Karen and Aurora were patient and helpful. When we could not remove it via other methods. They were able to cut the ring and save us a trip to the ER or firehouse.Thank you!

Market Square Jewelers are the BEST! I came in needing to untangle a necklace and they were so kind!! They helped me without charge and offered advice on how to not tangle it again. I 110% recommend coming here for their customer service and great jewelry options!

Sloane was knowledge of my specific Rolex and was able to explain every step of the repair process to me. Although they don’t do repairs in-house, the job ended up being faster and cheaper than if I had shipped it to a repair shop directly. High recommend for all your watch and jewelry needs.
