PJ made a great first impression right away over the phone when I first called to get some info. Without any pressure Nelson helped me to choose mattress that was right for me. Helped me to choose right base for my new mattress. Gave my printed list with several choices i made with transparent price. So i left store satisfied. I made additional research home regarding my choices and made a decision. Next day i came back and bought S&F Lux Estate 16” mattress and smart base Ergo 3. Got some bonuses with my purchases. it was real pleasure to work with Nelson. The most i like about him that he did not press me to buy, answered all my questions, helped with my particular situation and so on. Definitely will recommend this particular store and Nelson!”

“I have always been very nervous about having to pick out a mattress. It seemed very overwhelming just thinking about it. However, I went to Casper today and within 15 minutes I knew which mattress was made for me. Paul provided the most professional customer service and with his expertise, I found the perfect bed. He was very knowledgeable not just about the mattress but the pillows and other accessories too. We ended up getting one of pretty much everything because it was all high quality. There was absolutely no pressure on us to get anything or make any decisions. The whole process was very comfortable and easy. “I've been a Bedworks customer for about a decade now. It sounds from some earlier reviews like they had a bit of a rough patch logistically, but I'm happy to report that they just delivered my new sofabed ahead of schedule -- they quoted three months, and it was in my living room in just 68 days.The couch itself is wonderful, in large part because it's *not* a couch, or a futon, or a bed. It's shaped like a couch, convertible like a futon, and sturdily constructed like a bed.Khat is, as always, a delight to work with, and even arranged us an especially convenient delivery time outside normal business hours.”

“Andrew was absolutely great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me pick out the perfect mattress and bedframe. They didn't hide anything or fudge the truth, but told me all the facts about the mattresses they offered. We even nabbed a perfect couch that becomes a bed. The store was super easy to find, right off the Packard's Corner stop. Moe, the delivery guy, was super helpful and was a boss hauling all the stuff upstairs.
