“I want to give a well-deserved shoutout to the Ocean State Job Lot in New Bedford. This store has consistently been clean, organized, and well-run every time I’ve visited.
Deb James, Christine Tome, and Tiara deserve special recognition. They are professional, hardworking, organized, and always willing to go out of their way to help customers. Whether it’s helping with online orders, locating items, answering questions, or making sure customers have what they need, they handle everything with patience and a great attitude.
You can tell they take pride in the store and in the work they do. They are relentless workers, very respectful, and they make the shopping experience much easier and more positive. I shop here often, and the level of customer service from this team is a big reason I continue coming back.
Excellent store, excellent staff, and a great team representing Ocean State Job Lot in New Bedford.”

“Nice store. Some staff was questionable and weird but there were some nice staff. We definetly got overcharged. The cashier was flying high and not on earth. Watch when they cash you out.”
“Ok out of ALOT of things bc store jst opened up and there's not another one close so people are buying a lot of stuff. But other than that it's nice having 1 near the house”
“Very friendly employees I love going into this store I go about twice a week if not more really good deals on a lot of stuff for my kids to play with down to wash their faces with. My husband and I go there to get little items we need like soaps and body wash shampoos. Also a good pick me up snack like my kids say. Right around the corner from where I live so I don’t have to drive as much. Saving money twice a week for me. It’s a win in my book.”
