Allegedly open 24 hours but it definitely is closed at night sometimes. Can't blame them. Who wants to work at night in this city. Gas prices are always among the lowest in the area. And their gas pumps usually are all working unlike some gas stations where half of the pumps don't work all the time”

“They were so awesome! We are from Ohio so we didn't have a super saver card and they provided a courtesy card for out of towners. This made our visit so much better as we saved 20% and we invested that into local restaurants. Very friendly service. 10/10”
“Just came from there and omg I have never felt like someone has cared about me or my car more as much as these guys. I noticed a screw in my tire late last night and saw Neighborhood Auto Services opened at 8am. I gave a call got in. They noticed I had one in my other tire in addition and were able to plug both. Got there about 8:13am left about 8:30am. One of the guys even took the time to update me on finding the other screw, my tread and explaining to me how to get the most out of my car. They didn't try to upsell me either, which I greatly appreciated. Being a female I get that often especially when it comes to mechanics. Goodbye Toyota and Hello Neighborhood Auto Service! I definitely will be a repeat customer for all my needs!”

“First time homeowner and my first time living in an oil-heated historic home — so I’m learning. I’m writing this the day of my first delivery, which is a Monday. I thought it would be important to mention the customer service experience first.
I called on Friday (3 days ago) to schedule my first order to fill the tank. I explained that I was unfamiliar with the process and was a first time homeowner. The person I spoke to on the phone was very professional and assisted me with a genuine tone of care and kindness. I didn’t detect a whiff of judgement, which was appreciated. She helped me find my oil tank’s capacity, estimate the volume needed, and project the estimated top-up cost. She gets 5 stars from me — although, I didn’t catch her name (sorry!)
I called in the day of the delivery to confirm the time — its hard for them to know when they’ll get to your house along their route for that day, but they were able to let me know my place along the route and that the delivery would happen in the afternoon. I think her name was Pauline. Pauline called back 30 minutes before Chad was due to arrive so I could be ready to show him the two oil tanks I have. Pauline gets 5 stars.
Chad was on-time, very polite, and definitely seemed to know what he was doing. He made sure to differentiate from my tenant’s tank and my tank, inspected the tanks for leaks and other signs of damage or improper installment, then proceeded immediately with the fill-up. Not a drop of oil was spilled. He put a copy of the bill in my mailbox so I could stay out of the cold and then he was on his way to his next stop. Chad also gets 5 stars.
Luzo Fuel earned my business on day 1 and will get a call from me again when it’s time to fill-up once more. 10/10, would recommend.”

I was there 3 days ago and for sum strange reason nun of my cards would work and it was sooo embarrassing and frustrating cuz people were huffing amd puffing behind me in line which made it totally worse and got me really flustered! “I came to this establishment this week during their grand opening and the owners are amazing. I use to come to this car wash before they took over and it was broken down and you couldn't ever get a hold of someone if something broke or wasn't working. The new owners are big on customer service if anything happens while at the car wash they're numbers are plastered everywhere to ensure that they help out all of their customers. There monthly plan is very affordable ? I used the touchless machine because I have a very nice car and I tell you it cleaned my car ao good even my rims. Im a very happy customer and definitely will be back. Thank you to the owner Chloe who also took the time to get to know my daughter while waiting in line while we talk about past things we enjoyed about fast food places.”
