“Hands down the best auto service experience I have ever had, and consistently so. I fully trust them with my family's vehicles and safety.
- They take care of you here and treat you like family. Honestly, even better than family. They truly take care of you car and understand how much reliable repair service matters. They are trustworthy and clearly are not pushing unnecessary repairs (unless of course you don't care about your car being in good shape).
- They get things done on a fast schedule and have gone the extra mile for me multiple times. They get you complementary Lyft service and/or a loaner car when needed.
- They clearly strive for operational excellence and first-rate customer service and somehow over-deliver on that. The garage floor is organized and clearly well run. They provide timely updates, videos of your car's parts requiring repair, and helpful explainer videos so you can be informed about the necessity of a repair.
- This may not be the right place if you only care about minimal cost (and are fine with questionable quality). They are not as cost competitive as some small pop-and-son garages, but their service and quality is so much better that it is hard to compare those. Imagine the customer-first approach of a great local shop, but paired with quality that far exceeds anything else I have ever worked with.
- The owner Charlie is very present and it shows. He takes every individual customer seriously and will ensure they are taken care of. His influence and energy drives the culture there. Also shoutout to Craig. He just has such a great positive attitude and will make things happen for you quickly when you really need it.”

“When you have an older car and do not know much about cars, going to a car service center can feel a lot like going to the dentist. You know something may be wrong, you know it may affect your safety, but you do not always know what is urgent, what can wait, how much it should cost, or whether you should approve a recommended service.
Because of that, I usually feel very stressed and anxious when I have to take my car in. Express Tire & Auto Service was different. I brought my car in because I was concerned about my brakes and some overall issues while driving. They performed a very thorough inspection and sent me photos and videos of what they found, along with clear explanations and an online estimate where I could review each item and decide what to approve.
That system was incredibly helpful. At many places, I receive information verbally and can only understand part of what is being explained, so I end up feeling pressured to approve things because I am worried about safety. Here, I had enough time and information to make an informed decision. I really appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and kindness of the team.
They were friendly, patient, and reliable from start to finish. I feel very lucky to have found this place, and I feel much more comfortable and confident driving my car now. I would highly recommend Express Tire & Auto Service, especially to anyone with an older car or anyone who wants clear and detailed explanations before making repair decisions. They made a stressful situation feel manageable, and that meant a lot to me. 😊”

Isiah got me in and set up in no time, was knowledgeable about the services offered, and handed me off to Kevin for the remainder of the appointment. Kevin was also extremely knowledgeable about the benefits and needs for each service and was great to chat with - he even helped remove an old & expired resident parking permit that had been scratched up from my removal attempt. “This is a long overdue review! I've brought three different cars to Wagner and his team several times over the years. They've always done excellent work at an extremely fair price, and work so quickly. Normally I call the day before I'm hoping to come and they can always squeeze me in. But what I really want to highlight is Wagner's kindness, good humor and empathy. As a woman, and someone not well versed in cars, I often feel intimidated and frankly naive when working with mechanics. Wagner has always made me feel welcome and at ease, and has explained things in depth. For me, this is almost more important than great work and good prices.
One more thing: They are now offering door-to-door car pickup and dropoff at no additional charge. They'll pick up your car from your home, and return it after the work is complete. It saved me a ton of time and headache, highly recommend!”

“I had a plastic splash shield hanging down underneath my car and was honestly pretty stressed about it. I stopped by without an appointment, and George took a look right away.
He quickly figured out it was just the splash shield that had come loose, secured it with new clips, and reassured me that everything was good to go. I really appreciated the honesty—no pressure, no unnecessary upselling, just straightforward help.
A big thank you to George for the repair and to Ken for being welcoming and professional. Everyone was kind, efficient, and made what I thought was going to be a stressful (and expensive!) problem feel incredibly easy.
