Just now, my mom and I were browsing and when we were leaving the store, the sales associate women with short grey hair goes “in and out, that’s it?” Extremely rude and we felt very saddened by this. Disrespectful service here and will not be back.

The customer service is unfortunately really poor. I tried to call to ask about an order I had shipped there, and they nearly hung up on me. After asking them to please wait and hear my question they told me there were customers in the store and they couldn’t help me! I hope it’s better in person.

wow these reviews here seem like a tirade against the store... I am sorry but it is not completely believable. I have been shopping there for ages, there is never a long line to the cashier, cloths are never wrinkled... I wonder whats going on here? a nice store, I am not American but treated fine .
