“Just had a great experience getting a new TV at HHS. They first overcame a hurdle that was too much for a certain big box chain store, proving to the extremely cautious management of our new residence, a large condo building, that they had sufficient insurance to be allowed into our building, by filling out the necessary forms, having them endorsed by their insurance company, and very quickly getting them into the hands of building management. Neil at HHS, even after I was ready to buy the particular TV I wanted, took the time to check the manuals of our existing receiver and speakers to make sure the installers knew exactly how to configure everything. Then the installers, Brian and Perfecto, got it set up quickly, with the latter coming back the next day to make some adjustments and show us how to make other ones ourselves if we so choose. All that at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased.”

“They are open from 5:30 AM to midnight. That is it. Google won’t let them change their hours for some reason. Very friendly staff but it is a city by law that you have to be closed at midnight I have no idea why it says 24 hours anymore”

“Following mixed experience @ Apple North Park Dallas this was wonderful. North Park Dallas was over scheduled & jam packed the day I picked up my new iPhone 17 Pro Max & Ultra 3 watch. And for some reason they were unable to process trade ins. They were unable to activate new watch on Verizon. Plus they failed to email receipt for accessories I bought. So I schlepped old iPhone 16 & Ultra 2 back home and stopped by Apple Chestnut Hill the following week. Chestnut Hill Store Associate Joey took care of the trades seamlessly. He even helped me return an extra case [Joey found the purchase using my Apple Card.]. While there I dropped my old iMac for secure recycling. In and out in 20 minutes; world-class Apple experience. “Honestly, I don't understand the low ratings for this place. I have been going to this store for a very long time. Even before it turned into a 7-eleven! And I have had zero complaints about this place. The customer service is incredible and the employees are very friendly! It's a great place to grab a quick snack and I really like it because it is very close to our house. Overall, I really recommend!”

“Good convenience and liquor store. You can fond basics like dairy, beverages, bottled water and snacks. Store has a small frozen section like frozen pizza and sandwiches. Overall not bad! You can buy charlie cards too for cash only.”
