“I had a fantastic experience with Kyle this week. He was able to order shoes for me from another store that were not available in my size in the chestnut hill JC. Kyle texted me with my order updates and he ensured I received the 25% off coupon during the Bloomingdales sale when my color shoe was not listed online as part of the sale. And I received the Bloomingdale’s credit as part of the sale so my shoes were really 40% off for spring 2025 heels. I also chatted with two other saleswomen in the store and they also were very personable and professional. I’ll definitely be making another purchase in the future with Kyle’s direct line.”

I didn’t catch your name as you were with other customers when I checked out but I was made to feel very welcome despite my MANY returns and found my new favorite pair of jeans ever in store (petite) which I did with your help! Will be back for sure. Visited on 11/13 morning. The dressing rooms could use some fresh paint and new/ cleaner carpet but the organization of the store, inventory and staff made up for this.”
