The work was well done, and when it turned out that we needed our shirts a day earlier than they realized, the worked way past closing to get it done. Then they waited up way past their closing time, because I got lost on thecway to pick up. Good people!”

“I recently purchased DSI's print sample promotion for both inkjet and digital silver prints. For the small price I paid I fully expected to receive back quick-and-dirty test prints but what I got was much more. All of the prints are well executed and illustrate the two different processes and my selected papers flawlessly. The prints could, if I chose, be framed and hung today without apology.
I've been a large format photographer working in black and white for longer than I care to admit, and have spent hundreds of hours in many darkrooms. I'm not easily impressed, but DSI impressed me with their service, communication, craftsmanship and prints.

“Please do yourself a favor and go to Gnomon Copy with any and all of your custom printing needs!!!! I felt like Nate and Chris were my personal printing assistants! They were SO helpful and responsive via email and helped me get exactly what I needed (and helped me figure out what that was!) I had designed place cards, programs, and a seating chart on Canva for our wedding, and needed lots of copies printed with different designs in different sizes (not simple to do at a place like kinkos, CVS, or other print shops). At Gnomon, I simply sent over what I’d made, wrote out the general dimensions we were going for, and presto! Nate and Chris made it happen and the prices were very transparent and affordable. Truly, the last week before our wedding was so low stress and easy, in large part because the team at gnomon copy was so professional, communicative and excellent. I can’t recommend working with them highly enough.”

“QRST's printed beautiful, purple, zip-up hoodies that we gave out as favors for my daughter's bat mitzvah. We wanted a hand-drawn image on the back and a logo on the front that we had designed ourselves. The quality of the hoodies, the quality of the colors on the images, and the attention that was clearly given to all the details all were beyond and above our expectations. The order was done two weeks before agreed on date, and when I came to pick them up, somebody brought them down to my car and helped load them in. Wonderful local company with kind and helpful people who are amazing at what they do.”

“I went in a week ago and it was beyond busy. I overheard salty language, noticed a mountain of boxes waiting for UPS to pick up, a growing line and not enough help. There was one woman standing behind the register, not doing anything. Perhaps she was a trainee? The one woman that was working was doing a fantastic job, quickly juggling multiple transactions, working the computer, the phone, etc. - which was extra amazing considering she had one arm in a sling.
Thought somebody should know.”

“Becky at this Woburn store was so helpful. I had a box of Verizon equipment to return following their instructions to just "bring to any UPS store". Becky helped me understand the additional information needed and I was able to easily find it on another piece of paper in the box (hint: the "MA" number). With that number she took care of it all. Done. Easy.
Why is this so special? Because three days earlier, I took same box to UPS in Arlington Heights. They made me leave. "what were they supposed to do?". Told me to call Verizon. They were supposed to be like Becky in Woburn.”
“I like this place, including the hours they have. I ship and pick up boxes all the time for the past 6 years and never had a problem. If you are going to send something make sure you check your address and make sure its correct. If you give the company the wrong info, don't be shocked that the package was sent somewhere else. Make sure you read up on their policy when picking up a package. Go ahead and ask questions so you are all clear when picking up. Customers should be accountable when they make a mistake. it's common sense.”

He was highly-communicative and always available to answer my (many) questions. Sir Speedy provided proofs so we could ensure color-matching and pick the paper style we liked.
