“I can’t speak highly enough of Sutton Street Service and the Southwick family. Every experience I’ve had with them has been top-notch from start to finish.
Rich, along with Carl and Rob in the shop, have helped me out of a bind more than once—each time with professionalism and honesty. The first was a coolant hose rupture; they got me in same day, diagnosed the issue, and had the repair completed and ready by noon the next day. Another time, they found the source of an exhaust leak, which gave me the confidence to handle the fix myself. Just this week, they made time same day to diagnose an A/C issue—again, no pressure selling, just straightforward answers and solutions.
And just as important, Mikaila, who runs the front of the house, is always a pleasure to work with—organized, friendly, and incredibly respectful of your time. She ties the whole experience together and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

I’m usually very mistrusting of mechanics. I am from out of town and my car was making horrible noises. I was in a bit of a bind as I had to go back to NYC asap and needed the car looked at right away. I could have been an easy target to take advantage of. I was bracing myself to shell out $$$. They looked at the car and quickly found that the noise was due to tires being loose. They tightened the tires and sent me on my way. Super honest and fair. “Bought a car from them online and had it shipped to my home. Kinsman Service Station &Auto Sales took multiple videos and pics of the car. They put the car on their lift to take pictures of the underside of the car! The car was as good , if not better than represented! Communication was excellent with them through the whole process of getting the car!
