When buying my nephew glasses for the first time Marlene told me that having protection coverage would be beneficial because my nephew was young and new to having glasses so I trusted her professional opinion and added the protection. Well, thank god for her!! Ive needed to use it 3 times already lol The staff including Sheila and Karen have been nothing less than incredible!! They are kind, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help their customers!! I will definitely be buying all my glasses in the future at this particular vision center!!”

Dylan had to climb the ladder 3 times for me and each time was friendly and helpful, Amy assisted me with deciding on lamps (as well as climbing the ladder), she gave excellent decorating advice which was spot on to my taste and Jessie was circulating to see if she could assist shoppers. What a pleasant shopping experience. Finally, a brick and mortar that cares about their customers’ needs.

“I dont know that I've ever taken time to review a clothing store, but this is worth the effort. We were waited on this evening by Matt Klueber who was amazing!! I haven't had customer service of this quality in a store for years. He knew the store, his inventory, and the job. I had two teenage boys with me shopping for suits for prom. He was a rock star. We left with shoes, belt, socks, pants, shirts, ties, and jackets for both. They were thrilled. At one point we couldn't find the pants for one of the suits in the right size. The computer said there should be one. He looked everywhere, and ultimately found them on the wrong rack. I would shop more if all salespeople were like him! I asked for his business card so I could write this proper review! Thank you, Matt!!!”

“If I'm being honest (and I am honest), I went into TJMaxx because I have been using my bike as transportation, and the sky opened up. I wasn't going in to purchase anything. I was there to browse and kill time. The store was unexpectedly organized. It didn't have that "Building 19"/rummage-thru-the-racks" heavy labor feel that I always associate with it. (Fine, go ahead and judge me for not shopping there often! ??♀️). I'll be back to buy shoes soon. I'll be back to purchase other things also. For my "time kill" visit, I happily purchased a couple of microfiber sponges that I never knew I needed.”

“It's usually disorderly, and too many people, their has decreased, especially in home wares. The clothes aren't keeping up with trends. But if you're looking for mens dress clothes and name polo's you can usually find them here.”

“I always loved that store because they carry quality product for a very low price and they're 10times better than your regular dollar tree store until I had a terrible experience 4-5yrs ago with that worker who humiliated and disrespected me in front of everyone in the store. He bragged about how cool he was with the manager and there was nothing I could do about it. I came back a couple years later, he was gone and there was a whole new team. These new team are very nice and professional. They respect all of their customers and they're very helpful. “Honest to goodness, I have visited EVERY TjMaxx in this state and all of New England (my husband is a trucker!). The one in North Andover is the BEST one. Seriously. The only things that come close are the Home Sense in Salem NH (now) and the set of stores in Winthrop. I mean this is a great company, I have been loyal to it for years but the one in NA is special. IDK if the management changed or their store strategy changed overall but now this place is arguably better than a specialty home store and beauty supply for one. For any hair type the hair section alone is worth its weight in gold but for curly and kinky haired women this place makes me cry: They bring stuff that's cost prohibiting for lower income folks and even if this is not my hair type as a teacher I come here to buy things for my big haired students for their birthdays because I can afford to buy them stuff to show off their beauty that we otherwise couldn't afford if we shopped them in the higher end beauty stores. Now I share this because I was a teenager and I am a mom. While I don't have cultural or other issues with my identity nor my kids, hair is a thing with certain cultures especially those with any African ancestry. I have learned it can be a struggle for these to work with their hair and as such for the students I know that are I try to help because if I can, why not? Plus a lot of them have moms that don't know so if a baby/kid/teen (they're all the same to me) needs guidance and confidence, this store has helped me provide it for them. I come here every other week to shop to make goodie bags for to gift my curly/kinky haired students for their birthdays! Yes I gift my other students as well but I teach in a private school so as you can imsgine whike there's a bit of them there's not many hence why I can do this. This store is brilliant in this, they bring ALL the big and popular brands here every week. At prices that genuinely feel criminal. I don't know how they do it but from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!! Besides that every department here is killer. Wherever you are in this region this place is worth the drive. Plus the kids/clerks are so sweet and professional. I feel damned happy and proud to come here. Worth the trip.”
