“Dcu is a very good choice unfortunately I've had fraud happen to me twice now tomorrow morning I need to go to the branch for in person help and I'm confident they will get my money back unlock my card if not give me a new card witch is definitely a hassle but when it comes to getting you repaid on fraud they are great the people in the branch are friendly and kind I'm upset this has happened to me to me but dcu will take care of these issues rather well if I'm being honest skip all phone support after hours or before hours the phone support is the only part of the bank I don't like they are almost 0 help but everything else I've done with dcu is a good experience even in a bad situation”
