“Don was a great help. My car broke down about 2 miles and I got it towed there and Don helped me out from start to finish. I went with my parents, first my dad when it broke down and my mom when the car was ready. He answered all of my parents questions and when we asked for 4 new tires instead of just saying yes to it for more money, he suggested we only replace the back 2 since the front ones didn’t need to be changed at all! He even recommended us another tire brand that’s quiet compared to the ones we were initially thinking about getting. Don, you are my savior!!”
“Nhan is a Very Good Honest Mechanic !! I thought my car needed brakes and all's it needed was some rust to be scraped off and the backing plate to be straightened out. He could've did the brakes and made some money off of me, but he didn't. In the future when I do need brakes or any other mechanic work I will definitely bring it to Nhan. Great and honest service !!”
“The owner of the shop George was a breeze to deal with. I had to have a ton of work done to my brakes that the dealership had done incorrectly prior. Luckily I had a full warranty on the vehicle and he took care of everything. All he asked for was the phone number of the warranty company. Will be taking my vehicle here for all future car needs/repairs. They even washed and cleaned the car prior to pickup.”

“I took in my vehicle for suspicious exhaust smells and they diagnosed, ordered parts, and completed the repair in a week. They were flexible with my challenging schedule, upfront and honest with pricing (and incredibly reasonable), and even when they did a little more work than expected they remained at the price they had quoted me! AND there’s a 1 year warranty on the parts they fixed!! I cannot recommend Lou’s in Chelmsford enough - I received top notch customer service that was friendly and open in addition to a fixed vehicle for a reasonable price.”

“The customer service, level of care and quality of work here is outstanding. I cannot recommend Acton Autowerks highly enough. By way of background, the Audi dealership had quoted me $21k to replace the transmission on my 2019 A8. I brought my car here for a second opinion and am so grateful that I did. Olek and team explained that the issue was the valve body, not the transmission as a whole and then they set about finding the most cost effective and sensible solution. In the end they replaced the transmission with a used 18k transmission for $8k. I saved $13k. Most of all though, I admired their honesty. When I picked the car up they said they thought the new transmission would need to be broken in and asked me to drive it for a few days to check - when it still didn't feel right, they picked the car up from my house and took another look. It now works perfectly - they even offered to pay for my Uber back to the garage to pick up the car. Finally, they are storing my old transmission at no charge while I try to sell it, just because it would be easier for me. As I say, incredible customer service and attention to detail. My car will exclusively be serviced here from now on.”

“Pole’s is the most honest Automotive shop I have used. I started using Pole’s years ago to get a second opinion on my daughter’s $800 estimated repair bill.
Pole’s looked at the car and exampled there was nothing wrong. To make us feel better , they exampled and showed us why the car is safe. We left with no bill and since then all our family cars go to Pole’s. Honesty and trust is what you get from Pole’s

“Gregg was fantastic! He was extremely thorough explaining the issues with my car. He was quick to do the work and flexible when I couldn’t pick my car up right away. The prices were extremely fair and he replaced my engine and cabin filter at cost, since he was already working in those areas of my car. I don’t know a lot about cars and in the past have felt mechanics have taken advantage of that and overcharged or tried to upsell me. Gregg was not like this at all. “I flat bedded my 2001 handicap Dodge Ram van to the Nashua Dodge dealer for an inspection and because it was stalling. The manager came out screaming "don't drop it off, we won't touch it". I took it to Devoted Repairs and they fixed it. GREAT GUYS and GREAT SERVICE. I am so glad I found them. Best repair place around!!!”
“I always get nervous going to a dealership in fear of getting scammed as a woman but that is not the case here at Nucar Honda. I received superb service from Garrett. Upon arrival he doubled check to see if my tires were part of a recall without me asking for it, which is such a nice gesture. He thoroughly explained in details where the tech was at with my car throughout the process and even offered a Lyft ride home and back while my car was being repaired. He was friendly and most importantly I didn’t feel intimidated at all. Highly recommend and I will be a returning customer!”

“I could not be happier with Dana at Workshop European, I am a workshop owner in New Zealand, and not only was Dana able to perform a repair service where repairers here in New Zealand had failed (retrieve data from a water damaged engine computer, and transfer to a good used unit + immobilizer delete) The price charged was better than any local repairer, and the turn around time was almost immediate - including shipping half way across the world. If you are considering having Dana work on your Euro car, stop worrying about it and just book in - you will not be disappointed. I would give 6 stars if I could.”
