“Just came from there and omg I have never felt like someone has cared about me or my car more as much as these guys. I noticed a screw in my tire late last night and saw Neighborhood Auto Services opened at 8am. I gave a call got in. They noticed I had one in my other tire in addition and were able to plug both. Got there about 8:13am left about 8:30am. One of the guys even took the time to update me on finding the other screw, my tread and explaining to me how to get the most out of my car. They didn't try to upsell me either, which I greatly appreciated. Being a female I get that often especially when it comes to mechanics. Goodbye Toyota and Hello Neighborhood Auto Service! I definitely will be a repeat customer for all my needs!”

“Excellent auto repair shop! I would recommend to everyone! I will tell you my experience given the short version of a long version.
Five years ago my father was unable to drive. His car has been the “family” car. If one of us didn’t have a car or our car was getting work done my dad’s car was the one we would use. After 5 years I hadn’t needed it; however in November 2024 I did. I had done some things to the car (get new windshield, cleaned it, put anti-freeze, etc) When I was using his car I noticed that one of the headlights didn’t work. I got the parts at NAPA and YouTubed how to change it out. We’ll I didn’t get to far before I needed help. On a whim, I decided to go to Getty Fairhaven and asked if they could help me out. We’ll not ONLY did they fix the headlight, but they also made sure the car was safe to drive. There was several things that needed to get done because no one that used the car had it long enough to fix the things that needed to get fixed. I am so GLAD I decided to go there to have the car repaired. They were kind, honest, and now we have a safe car! Thank you to Fairhaven Getty Auto Repair we now are driving safe! I will always be thankful and always support you, just like you supported me!

“Great place to stop at for your morning coffee at the dunkins drive thru, or hit lloyd's deli for a fresh made sub and premade salads and sandwiches in the floor cooler or grab a last minute bottle of wine and gas up your car before hitting the highway. “Great store with an awesome staff. Went there for the first time on my birthday an I had a great experience with Tim . Wanted to grab a cigar but didn't know what I was doing or really looking for, but Tim made is an great experience an was very helpful and very informative about how to go about picking a cigar. I went with his suggestion an it was as he said it would be. So now this is the only smoke shop I go to for my cigars. I don't even live in the town of Fairhaven , but I make my trip just because of Tim an how he made it a pleasant experience. Tim FOR THE WIN !!!”

“Great place to stop in and grab some refreshments and a quick bite to eat as you refuel your vehicle. I was out of town for the weekend and came across several of these convenient stores along my travels through Massachusetts. I was even able to grab myself a salad and a fresh cup of mixed fruit while on the go! The only thing I wasn't able to buy was menthol cigarettes. I had no idea that the state of Massachusetts had passed a law against the sell of all menthol products. I guess this is a good thing considering I smoked less than a pack my entire visit when I would've smoked a lot more had I have had access to buying them lol... Anywho, Cumberland Farms gets a big two thumbs up from me!”
