“We recently dealt with a frustrating situation where our car had bad gas in the fuel tank. The Mercedes dealer charged $1,000 just to run tests (thankfully we didn’t end up paying since we’d just purchased the car from them). After that, it was nearly impossible to get any follow-up — no returned calls and repeated delays in getting the report they promised.
To make matters worse, the dealership quoted $6,800 for the repair — which seemed outrageous.
We finally had the car towed to Godfrey Auto Care, and what a difference! Within a day, they retested everything, emptied the bad gas, added fresh fuel, and checked several other systems to make sure the car was running properly.
They completed the entire repair for $605 (including tax), and the car now runs beautifully. We couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, efficiency, and honesty. Highly recommend Godfrey Auto Care!”
“This was my first time bringing our car here for repair after an accident. I was nervous since it is a brand new car, and we were concerned about possible stains during the repair process because of the white interior. However, the staff were very attentive, listened carefully to our concerns, and were respectful and professional. Our personality hit it off right from the start he was very attentive and listen to what I said and before I left he showed me range rover velar and I wasn't looking to get a car I was there having my discovery sport service and I had some problems so at that time I was just browsing, and any questioned I asked he had the answer very knowledgeable I told him what I wanted he he had one but before I left he had already sent me a text with a low percentage rate. What I like is if I called or texted him I didn't have to wait to get an answer right away I would get a response. “I was recommended by 3 friends to have my 2015 Toyota RAV4 muffler system looked at for a possible leak at the Lou's Custom Exhaust in Canton, MA. This vehicle is worth more then what any insurance company could value. Belonging to my late Mom & Dad and now to my Eldest daughter, the thought of losing what Mom called her beautiful Red car was devastating. Steve, Tosca Drives GM, worked the magic and the Techs took it home. “I can't believe how good my experience with D & D Auto Body was...they were recommended by my mechanic, who I definitely trust and I was not let down. Initial contact was made early on in the claim process, as my vehicle was still drivable, we set a date for drop off 2 weeks from that time, I made arrangements with Mark, who is the front man for the operation, discussed some special work I required, we were able to check in via email, text and phone to update each other. Mark said done in about 2 weeks after drop off. I also talked briefly to Daryl, who is THE body man at the shop, we went over some the details of the work to be done, Enterprise delivered my rental on the day of drop off at D & D to make life that much easier (thanks Nick Dragone). During the time it was in the shop we communicated back and forth, just before the 2 week mark, I was notified it would be ready the next day, it was and everything thing was perfect. Daryl went over everything with me making sure everything was cleaned up to his standards, we talked for a while about many things, at which point I contacted Enterprise and turned in my rental key in the body shop office and happily drove away in my vehicle.
