“We had to say goodbye to my Nana today and I placed a floral arrangement to be delivered for the services from Sweetbay. I placed the order online and added a note asking if we could add two ribbons (one for Mom and one for Nana) and requested pastel colors and Irish greenery.
Minutes after placing my order, I received such a nice text from Liz letting me know they’d take great care of this arrangement for me and could accommodate my requests.
I originally requested delivery on Saturday (mass services were on a Monday in the morning) and I didn’t want to risk them not arriving on time since it was just a mass, not a wake/viewing. Liz texted me as we got closer to let me know she contacted the funeral home directly and coordinated a time to deliver the flowers on Monday morning instead.
The arrangement was everything I could have dreamed of and it was absolutely beautiful and arrived on time.
I was so impressed with the care that Liz and her team took to make such a difficult day a little bit easier, I won’t use any other shop for flowers moving forward. They have gained a forever customer. Thank you so much!”

“This is a quaint little shoppe that has many homemade gifts made locally. We purchased a nice wind chime here as well as a soup mug that was hand painted but still microwaveable. I would definitely shop here again.
Google Maps gets you here very easily. You access the bldg off of High St in No Andover, MA. Once you turn into the parking lot, turn right. The shop entrance is accessed from the rear of the bldg where you park. Other businesses are located here as well. The shop is the furthest door on the right facing the bldg from the parking lot. If you are parked in the parking lot facing the shop entrance, High St would be visible on your right side. They are the first two doors on the right side but only one was accessible and it is the furthest door on the right.”

“Custom Floor Design was terrific from start to finish. I found them online and did not have high expectations going there. I was wrong. The showroom was bright and very professional. And they had beautiful high end products. Our consultant, Kathy, was knowledgeable and very patient. She spent a long time with us as we were looking for an area rug. We could not decide that day, but went back and Kathy again showed us more. We purchased one outside our comfort zone because of Kathy. She was wonderful. Shipping and install was a dream. I cannot say enough about this company. A+!!”

Running late for holiday cards, I contacted EA to see if they could possibly help. Not only did they get me cards quickly, they were customized with photo and absolutely gorgeous!!! Talk of the family! I have also used them for personalized stationary and invites!!!...........................THE BEST!!!! Worth the trip to Winchester or Belmont Center!!! THANKS!!!”
“Bellow there is a review about us not wanting to cut pieces of fabric and then having to call the police. I am the girl that was there. They wanted to have 5 different fabrics 20 yards each cut into 1 yard pieces. That would be 100 pieces to be cut. I also had a line of 5 people behind them. I ended up cutting some and then they kept asking after I said no. They started becoming irrate and yelling so I took the next customer. While I was cutting for that customer she comes behind the counter picks up the fabric she wanted and threw the fabric on the counter in front of me twice. A customer was the one to call 911. She starting yelling in my managers face. Causing another customer to start yelling at her saying thats no way to treat people. Then when the police showed up they then started screaming at the police which is why if they show up they are trespassing. Also I work with with Asian people and I get many customers who speak in broken English from many different cultures I do not care about that but I do care about being treated like a human.”

Everything from how the mattress worked, to purchasing our new mattress. She was not pushy at all and let us take our time and deciding on which mattress we would like to purchase. “I didn’t know what to expect at this store but I’m really glad I took the trip to come out here. The girl who worked at the sewing center or whatever it’s called is so sweet, you can really tell she loves her job and enjoys helping people. She gave me really clear directions and I found what I needed within seconds. I’m pretty sure she came around the corner to see if I found the item, so I really appreciate her for going the extra mile. I went to check out at the cash register and was met by Araya, a literal ray of ☀️. She also seems to enjoy her job and is so positive! We were able to chat for a bit and she was very relatable, she made my day with the great conversation we had. Joann in Saugus has wonderful employees which is very rare nowadays, bless both of you!”

“Their staff is friendly and helpful, not pushy. Great operations. Once you order the tiles you go to the back for delivery. It’s very efficient. Returns were easy. I got stocked tiles and no questions asked as long as they are in a full box and unopened. Samples are free to take home and there was a huge selection and display. Compared to another tile store I stopped which was manual and antiquated.”
