I was particularly gratified to see how patient and careful he was when catching the firefish we decided to get.The store’s loyalty program is pretty decent, plus they carry a variety of LRS food blends that our fish enjoy. We’ll definitely stop by when we’re in the area again.”

“I'm a regular at Jabberwock and they're fantastic. There's never been a question they haven't been able to answer, and it's so much fun getting to talk about reptiles or arachnids with the staff. They special-ordered an amblypygid for me and made sure to reach out when it arrived, which felt so special. Small stores like Jabberwock are a rarity in a time of big box stores, and it's such a joy to come in.”

We came back this past weekend to purchase a bulk order of treats to give as party favors and boy do we miss it. The variety of hand made treats and options on how to buy (a buffet of treats to build your own bag, 12oz bags of training treats, 5lb bulk bags, etc...) makes Polkadog one of a kind. The best place to spoil your pup!”
“I recently got a puppy and was looking for a store close by that offered healthy food/treats for my pup. They are a one stop shop for me always. I get my pup's dog food here, treats, toys, bandanas, bathing stuff, etc. Lauren the owner is amazing and always so helpful! She always takes the time to help me find what I am looking for and recommend anything she thinks would be beneficial for my pup. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about your animals care. “While I was in Ciao Bow Wow, my dog suffered an emergency with his eye while in store he rubbed his eye and scratched his cornea. He just had eye surgery earlier that day and I came in to purchase a better cone than the one I bought online.Jerry and Annette sprang into action to help out.Helped out with the emergency and also helped fit my dog in a collar and cone and helped me put it on him. “Bought a new fish tank-found it easily. The one worker at that time was able to greet us and answer a question right away. Then she had some checkouts to do. It was the end of the day but I think she did well. Maybe being alone and within 1/2 hour of closing I would be unable to smile but she did, I think when there are 2 workers they pump each other up so that is why I am saying so much. She did go to work on shelving or something as we left. I just thought lucky for Petco it wasn't me working alone, I would have sat down after checking out 3 orders. I went outside. My cart rolled away while I had the glass tank in my hands. And the cart went far down the hill, she came out and got it. You picked a good worker for closing that night. See ya!!”
