“Exceptional customer service, the girls that were working there Sunday were very helpful. They helped me get me change from hillscience diet to Optum for my dog. Unfortunately I couldn’t use the dog wash but it was the last. To many rude customers but those girls are awesome for time management”

“No exaggeration, one of the best haircuts any of my dogs have ever gotten. Thanks. Edit: the next time I went and got my puppy groomed I got him a lion cut which I assume is not the easiest to pull off probably but she did an amazing job. One other thing lady with the one star your dog looks like a dirty dish rag and it was probably matted that's why they had to shave it down. Invest in a brush 😊”

“Winchester is very fortunate to have such a great pet store! I went in for the first time last week and was greeted by the friendly store employee. He listened carefully to my questions about treats for my picky dog and gave me thoughtful suggestions. The treats he recommended were an instant hit and I was so relieved to have finally found something that my dog liked AND wasn't filled it additives. I also appreciated how they are selective about which brands they stock, ensuring they are high quality and have ethical practices. Look forward to shopping here more.”

“Stopped in on our last day in Massachusetts to get our pup something from our trip. The woman working during the afternoon on 8/19 was absolutely tremendous. She helped us pick out the treats while giving backstory on how things are made. We ended up getting some yogurt dips, peanut butter biscuits and some “iced” peanut butter cookies for our pup back home. He absolutely loved them. When back in the area, we will for sure be checking out Boston Barkery again.”

“Visited tonight about a half hour from closing and was met with the friendliest associate - Amanda. She greeted met with a smile, made sure I didn’t forget my treat rewards and thanked me when I donated to the pups in need. She was kind and empathetic about my poor doggy’s tummy troubles and was just all around enthusiastic and friendly. Made it a great visit and put a smile on my face! Excellent customer service!!!!”

“Been taking my dog here for the self serve dog wash. I recommend bringing your own shampoo because the one that dispenses has no smell at all. They do not have towels so bring those. Also the time should be longer especially if you are using the blow dryer (which has a broken end piece that keeps coming off).”

“I came to Petco tonight to pick up food and some bones for our rescue dog, Jet. The store is huge and has a very large selection, which is great. But this review is about store employee Zach. I brought my 4 year old in the store with me and he was running all around when I was trying to pay and create a dog tag collar. Zach reassured me that he had eyes on my little one and was talking to him, showing him the merchandise, interacting with him by asking him questions ("what is your favorite dog tag we have here? " "What is your stuffed kitty's name you brought with you tonight?") and entertaining him until I was ready to leave. Normally employees from other stores would be on their phones not paying attention or getting annoyed by a 4 year old running around, but not Zach. He made the shopping experience very pleasant and not stressful! Thank you, Zach, for providing great customer service!! I appreciate it and will be back!”
