“The hotel was beautiful! The staff is very friendly & helpful. The rooms are very comfortable & have good amenities. There is a fabulous pool & hot tub. The restaurant is very fancy & somewhat reasonably priced. The spa has average pricing for the services. The price of our stay was extremely reasonable. We will definitely choose to stay here again anytime we are in the area.Rooms: Good sized room with very comfortable bed. Well stocked bathroom. The mini fridge was fabulously cold! Nothing cheap about this place.Food & drinks: Did not eat at the restaurant, but did see it. It was very beautiful & looked very fancy.Noteworthy details: The Hotel is gorgeous, clean & well maintained. I could be comfortable just spending time in the lobby in front of the fireplace looking at the decor.”

“This is one of the best campus hotel we stayed. The service is excellent, and it seems to be all run by their hospitality students. It's convenient, located right inside the UMass campus, and has a dining common on the second floor, and a conference center, the first floor.”

“this place is great! i would highly recommend. the rooms are super cute, the bed was very comfy, there were lots of big pillows. really nice soaps and shampoos were provided too! it’s centrally located and the continental breakfast was excellent. most importantly i think all the staff i interacted with were all so sweet and helpful.”
