“What an outstanding crew Anna has here! We had a terrible tragedy happen 2 weeks ago while we were moving, 2 of our family members were struck and killed and the way this staff treated us after hearing Michele had lost her husband and son was just amazing. They were compassionate, understanding and treated us with the greatest kindness I have ever seen. We wish to thank Anna and her staff for everything they have done to help us and being so caring to us at this time like this!! That other location was difficult about honoring the reservation and Chicopee U-haul took care of me calling to get the price fixed.”

“I had rented a U Haul trailer in Florida for a cross-country move. I had finished up using the trailer and no longer needed it, so I had to find a drop off location. I looked at some of the reviews and I thought I’d go see for myself. It turned out to be a great place. Victor was very professional and easy to deal with, possessing an above-average intellect. I think the narrative driven by a few vacuous people and their 1 star reviews is in question here. I highly recommend this place and cannot say enough good things about Victor.
