“I brought my computer in to be worked on by Abdul. He diagnosed the issue quickly and promised I would have it back before I had an exam that I needed my computer for. He fixed the issue he initially diagnosed but unfortunately there were a few things wrong with my computer and he needed to work on it more. Luckily I had a second laptop available to me that I could borrow for school. If I didn't though Abdul was going to lend me one at no cost and even after I kept telling him I had an extra he continued to remind me that he had plenty of loaners available to give me. It took a little bit longer for Abdul to fix the multiple issues with my computer because he was waiting for parts. He kept me update through the whole process. It was ready after about a week and I went to pick it up and for no charge Abdul got me an exact copy of my laptop. He explained that the issues with my old laptop were too involved to be worth fixing and would take more time so he completely switched out my laptops seamlessly. I was able to login into the new laptop and all my programs and files were there. And he did this for no cost after he said the computer was fixed with the initial issue. This man was helpful, kind, skilled and knowledgeable. He saved me a lot of trouble and he held himself to a high standard as a businessman. I plan to bring any future computer or phone issues I have to him and I know I will be treated respect and as a neighbor.”
“SmartFix is excellent and professional! Our son's tablet is almost 3 years old. The screen cracked. We were concerned it could not be fixed. SmartFix fixed it in two days, for a much less expensive price than a new tablet. We hope the need will not arise again, but if it does, we're happy to know a reasonable, reliable place for repair.”

“Elshad is amazing!! He is VERY talented and knowledgeable and beyond that he is very honest. I went to Elshad today as my touch screen for my iphone X was not responsive. He first tried to fix it without changing the screen. He then gave me a very competitive price and he gave me a one year warranty. He was so good that I wanted to give him a little more than he had quoted me but he refused to take it as he said if he wanted more money he would tell me that other things were wrong.
