“Protect Dave at all costs! Today was my last day to bring my package to return an item to the post office [ i haven't been around] and i wasn't about to shove it into the box outside. He was already outside the building for a moment and he took the time to stop and answer my question. He wasn't rude or in a rush but the complete opposite. He doesn't know this but this is my first package i have ever sent out to return that wasnt Amazon and he took it and processed it for me to send out. This is above and beyond attitude. “Didn't expect the professional knowlege the print shop provided me would be found at Staples. Perhaps, I got lucky , but an associate, whose name was Brooke, met me at the counter and walked through my needs , step by step , taking a real interest. I didn't know she had a graphic arts backround, but I certainly found out -- she was a real professional and combined her craft with good business acumen . She took lots of notes and asked lots of questions. My project rquired two separate applications -- at least 5-6 days , I thought . I couldn't forget, she worked in a busy print shop with various responsiblilties , not just my project. Well , I guessed wrong , in two days Brooke notified me , "come and get it ." My projects is not for publication right now , or I would show what a fantastic job she did. All I can say is, I couldn't have gone anywhere and have been more pleased.”

“On Monday, 11/27/2023, I arrived at FedEx Office before closing (7:00 pm), but I missed the last pickup time (5:00 pm). I really wanted to get my package to its destination by the next day. The woman at the counter was very understanding and courteous. She directed me to the closest FedEx shipping facility that could still get my package to its destination by Tuesday. “Very friendly, helpful, and respectful. When one of my packages was shipped from UPS to USPS SurePost somehow there ended up with an attempted delivery to the wrong address in Attleboro. So seeing it was going to be attempted to be delivered on the next business day, I called the 1800 number waited on hold for at least 45 minutes, but they managed to get it sent from Attleboro to here in Taunton the same day. Later in the day when following up since I hadn't noticed any update in the app, I called the 1800 # again and it was very hard to get to a live person to speak with regarding this since it didn't fall into any of their pre-recorded options I finally tried whatever the fraud option was and got a live person who filed a claim for the package for me and also confirmed it was indeed in Taunton and gave me the phone number to contact them. I was shocked to get a live person to answer at 4:30 pm on a Monday who not only located my package but also pulled it for me to run down and pick it up. When I arrived I couldn't find the customer service door with a buzzer. I was called again and while speaking with the woman she said she saw me standing outside and would meet me, but my mother had to show her ID for the package, so there was a polite young man unloading his mail truck who was kind enough to help walk her to where she met the extremely helpful woman who passed the package to the young man who carried it for my mother even.”
