“We have purchased kitchen and laundry appliances from GWT. The purchasing process has been grest with Sue Keith's guidance and advice. Delivery has been good, but when our refrigerator door came damaged the store was not there to support us. The manager Donna had attitude and we had to fight to get a replacement. We expected more when shopping a local family owned business.GWT reached out to us and made things right!We just purchased a new Webber gas grill for summer entertaining. Lots of models to choose from. After looking at the choices we went with a different model than our original choice and so glad that we did. The grill arrived today, fully assembled and they took our old rusty one away. Delivery was great and the delivery people even had great suggestions on where to place our new grill. So happy with another great purchase from team Toma!”
“I appreciate the Derby team for taking care of the entire upgrade process for us. I upgraded a year ago at another location and was basically handed a phone and told good luck.
Ron had us out in about 30-35 mins and took care of the data transfer, trade in and putting the accessories on while I worked on my laptop.

“I feel Apple has the best consumer technology. Therefore, you’d think the customer service would be top notch. Though this isn’t always the case, it was at Apple’s store in Hingham. A family member, who has been a loyal customer for years, purchased a phone. Unfortunately, this phone had glitches. Peter, the manager, along with associates Patrice and Tara, couldn’t have been nicer, more helpful, more attentive, and more understanding. They stayed with us while discussing the issues and then resolving them; all with a smile. You don’t find this high level of care anymore which makes us believe in the Apple brand even that much more. We will 100% remain loyal Apple customers thanks to the treatment & knowledge of Peter, Patrice and Tara!”

“Yoyo/Gus is such a nice man and always helps me and my friends whenever we need it. He is so friendly and it is clear that he loves his job. He taught us a dance called the snake dance and now every time me or my friends go in we always do it. He is great at making connections with the community. I am teaching all of my friends at school the snake dance! Also always reasonable prices and a very clean store as well.”
